Abstract: The recent exponential adoption of modern mobile device and application access management solutions brought a set of misperceptions, between information technology analysts and information security experts, regarding publishing IT services on mobile devices. Many large enterprises and organizations utilize more than one solution to meet business demands and increase employees' productivity. Deciding on which technology a mobile application should be published is still ambiguous. Therefore, this paper articulates the importance of having a standard process to be adopted by the enterprise, to streamline the process of publishing mobile applications on mobile devices. Enforcing this process will standardize the development of mobile applications within the enterprise, and ensure these applications are published on the most suitable and cost-effective mobile management platform. Only Android and iOS/iPad devices will be considered in the paper as Windows device management will be covered in another paper.

Abstract: The phenomenon of searching for travel information on the Web is reported. The issues of how predominant travel searching is on the Web, how people are searching for travel information on the Web, and what terms people are using to express their travel-related information needs are investigated. Geographical information accounts for nearly 50% of this travel searching, with general travel information accounting for just less than 10%. An analysis of individual terms in travel queries shows there is substantial searching for travel-specific websites such as mapquest, travelocity, and orbitz. Travel searchers appear to be target-specific events, again showing a strong geographical bias along with a temporal component of the underlying information intent. The distribution of travel topics is skewed, with several topics being “very focused” and others being “very general.” A classification scheme for travel-related Web queries was developed, which should be helpful for other researchers in the online travel searching area. The implications for both content providers of travel information and for searchers of travel information on the Web are discussed.

Abstract: A method and system are required for improving data loss prevention Incident Investigation Process by shifting from a traditional, reactive approach to proactive approach and from a manual to automated incident management process.  This will involve all stakeholders and result in a reduction of the risk of data leakages. This article describes a computer-implemented method that includes: detecting an incident that violates a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rule of an enterprise, wherein the DLP rule specifies contents that are reserved for within the enterprise; automatically alerting one or more members of the enterprise of the incident based on a report detailing the incident; and receiving a response from each of the one or more members of the enterprise.

Abstract:  Agriculture plays an indispensable role in the development of the country especially in the growing country like India where most of the people’s revenue is generated from agriculture. Disease affected crops leads to the loss of crop productivity. Therefore, leaf disease prediction in apple cultivation is of considerable importance to overcome these problems. The proposed work intends to predict different disease in apple leaf like apple scab and marssonina using different algorithms like K nearest neighbor(KNN),support vector machine(SVM), classification decision tree, regression decision tree and Naïve Bayes. From the simulation result, it can be concluded that KNN performs better as compared to other algorithms in terms of accuracy of disease prediction.

Abstract: In this paper we propose a new framework for inapainting of an image using an examplar based approach. Compared to existing approaches, some improvements have been done. In order to make the process to be less sensitive to noise and to work with dominant orientations of image structures, we initially convert image into its coarse version and then applied the method. To enhance the quality of inpainting region, Super resolution based algorithm is applied. Experimental results on natural images and texture synthesis demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design an Android based application for Realtime Monitoring of the parking lots of Lyceum of the Philippines University – Cavite; this study is beneficial to the LPU Cavite, car owners, parking lot staffs and future researchers. Abstract: Identify the random number generator and its security will be important. Determining how to improve the security of communication cards by random numbers generator. Reasons are given why random number generators should be done using analytically mathematical and programming. Doing the program of the random number generators is intensive. The discussion in the research aims to prove that whether the system is valid or invalid. One of the main of part common uses of Random Number Generators for recharge communication and credit cards. There is a relationship between the serial number and the secret number in the same credit card. Also, the secret number consists of fourteen numbers, part of them is as a part of the serial number in the same card. Nowadays, they are aware of the importance of cellular phones in our daily life. Then, they want to discover a new and effective way to decrease the effect of the security issue and increase protection. Most communication firms based on random number generators (RNGs) programs to recharge communication cards, but the essential problem has its security level for that cards, in which the hackers will decrypt the secret number by some hacking programs simply. The security of most systems relies on unpredictable and irreproducible keys using a non-deterministic random number generator. Therefore, using the analytically mathematical method and programming language for random number generation like C++ language may improve the security level which is being used for communication and credit cards.

Abstract: In recent years, poverty has become a series issue around the world. Poverty in Somalia is widespread throughout rural and urban areas. The government estimates that 65 per cent of the country's total population lives below the national poverty line. Another 25 per cent of the people live just above that line and are highly vulnerable to the risk of falling into poverty. The purpose of this paper is to propose the role of university of the future in reducing poverty and enhancing wellbeing of B40 youth in Somalia. i.e. nurturing unemployed and under-employed B40 graduate youth as job creators Through humanizing education and entrepreneurship skills. This paper offers validated conceptual Malaysian University-of-the-Future (UotF) business model with focus on international community engagement programmes. The value proposition of the conceptual business model is to enhance the wellbeing of youth in Somalia through humanising digital entrepreneurship education programmes and harnessing on the digital capability. Universities can adapt the conceptual business model in meeting their needs. The design and system thinking approach has been adapted in this paper to address the wellbeing issues of the youth in Somalia, especially unemployed and under-employed B40 youth, through understanding their need, and then followed by building conceptual business models using modelling tools, i.e. Business model canvas (BMC) and Value proposition design canvas (VPC).; and then followed by building conceptual business models using modelling tools, i.e. Business model canvas (BMC) and Value proposition design canvas (VPC). The approach includes conducting literature review and interviews for understanding the needs, challenges and key problems; formulating and ideating initial business model options in solving the problems; and validation of the initial business model by interviewing the various customer segments.

Abstract: Technology is an ever-changing expression in the digital age that has increased security risks and forced us to create a cyber-environment. The use of technology in Bangladesh has increased significantly over recent decades. At the same time, it provides the nation with new cyber-space threats and challenges. In order to deal with these challenges in the region, there are many awareness-raising initiatives provided by government and non-government actors. The increasing occurrence of cyber assaults has become a key concern that makes people more afraid of cyber wars than of nuclear weapons and environmental degradation. A troubling degree of comprehension that is not sufficient has been found in this study. A substantial part of the population is unaware of cyber security mechanisms and regulations. The associated organizations, as well as the government, are not even concerned about issues with cybercrime. A major change is required to strengthen cyber security policies and procedures. Moreover, over time, it needs to be supervised and restructured. This pilot study is planned to suggest a systematic investigation into the extent of the awareness of cyber security among Bangladeshi citizens. For this purpose, the article briefly investigates the understanding of cyber security awareness along with the route background strategies in Bangladesh. In order to provide a stable, safer and more productive cyber space at all levels, it proposes recommendations and methods that should be implemented to increase the level of consciousness.

Abstract: The design and development of new innovative business models are usually triggered by the arrival of new drivers for change and competitors who perturb the existing equilibrium of current business models. Today, higher education institutes (HEIs) are confronted with numerous challenges and are in need of an urgent transformation to remain competitively operating, stay relevant, and offer value in their role towards society in the years to come. Increasing numbers of unemployed graduate youth, democratization of knowledge, market contestability, competition for funding, global mobility, the rapid rise in digital technologies, and the arrival of online educational providers have all caused disruptions to the current broad-based higher education business models. As a result, HEIs need to re-evaluate their current business models to reclaim their relevancy and position as drivers of innovation, economic development and societal wellbeing. An improved or alternate business model needs to be designed and proposed, one that makes use of digital technologies, actively engages with the community, and incorporates aspects of the SDGs as a central part of its vision and mission. This paper addresses the aforementioned issues, as well as the current graduate youth unemployment issues in Bangladesh, and their need for digital entrepreneurial skills. The paper then proposes with the assistance of a design and systems thinking methodology, a validated conceptual business model using the Business Model Canvas (BVC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) for a Malaysian University-of-the-Future (UotF) that aspires to contribute and assist Bangladesh’s low-income communities and their unemployed graduate youths. The validated business model indicates that the principal changes needed for the current business model includes the requirement to provide cheap freemium-based digital entrepreneurial education through digital platforms to educate and empower unemployed graduate youths to enhance their entrepreneurial skills to become job creators and increase their employability capabilities. Additionally, actively engaging with the low-income communities to assess, develop and provide simple innovative solutions through student projects fosters a pragmatic mindset, where the students are able to apply their theoretical knowledge into developing practical solutions.

Abstract: The nature of good governance in a wide range of government operations lies in the successful implementation of e-governance. In order to make public works open and efficient, to increase government efficiency, accountability and boost service delivery and public participation in all aspects of government operations, e-Governance is mandatory. The Bangladesh E-Government Index is very poor compared with the SAARC countries. Bangladesh has many barriers to introducing the system for E-Government in Bangladesh. In today's digital and ICT-based world, it is hard to have good governance without e-government. The goal of this study is to examine the performance of the implementation of the Bangladesh e-government, recognize some of the challenges and suggest some of the likely ways of overcoming them. The difficulties arise from a change of government strategy with a change of government, a lack of sufficient skilled, well-trained human resources, adequate budgets for such a capital-intensive project to be implemented, etc. The situation can, however, be altered by taking the necessary steps, such as political consensus, the creation of human capital, the penetration of ICT and a proper long-term plan to implement e-government in Bangladesh.

Abstract: Young people are the future, the pillar of the present, the strength of the future, and they are considered the principal support in the progress and building of every society. They carry within them energies and innovations and are the main stakeholders in the homeland. The development process so is research and solves youth issues. Unemployment is one of the biggest and difficult economic challenges facing young people, especially in Palestine. Higher education is typically believed to have a dual purpose, which is to build employment and enhancing the quality of life because education is an instrument for social change and social justice. Sustainability of societal wellbeing through humanization digital entrepreneurship education program (DEEP) by universities. This paper offers the conceptual business model of the UotF and its role in enhancing the quality of life of B40 young unemployed Palestinian graduates through the international community engagement focusing on the digital entrepreneurship education program with the main endeavor to reduce unemployment and poverty rate. Then it is followed by building conceptual business models using proprietary modeling tools i.e. the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Value Proposition Design Canvas (VPC). The design thinking approach was adopted which includes conducting a literature review to understand the main problems, needs, and challenges of these Palestine youth; formulating initial business model options and formulating solution options to these problems using BMC and VPC, and validation of the initial business model by interviewing different customer segments.

Abstract: Unemployment is the one of the major challenges faced many countries around the globe, the large part of the problem can be seen in youth. Tanzania as a developing country and a member of UN faced a vital challenge of youth unemployment. It is generally assumed that the Higher learning institution produce graduate with the mismatch skills and knowledge as compared to the demand of the current job markets. The advancement of technology can renovate the traditional educational system into the university-of-the future that can produce the balance graduate through the utilization of digitizing entrepreneurship education program and community engagement that can facilitate the problem unemployed graduate  youth and improve their well-being. The paper is adopting design thinking approach in developing business model of UotF. BMC and VPC models utilized to ideating and formulating the conceptual business model that harness the digital capability and community engagement in improving the well-being of B40 Youth in Tanzania. Abstract: Jordan is suffering from high youth unemployment rates, knowing that Jordan has one of the youngest populations in the world this will exacerbates the already difficult socio-economic situation, being amidst a politically disturbed region caused floods of refugees that swept the country to compound the employment issues. COVID-19 pandemic has only made the situation worse, overall, this increases the poverty level. The Jordanian government is no more capable of meeting the yearly employment demands, the private sector and interested global organizations has to contribute towards creating employment opportunities. The education sector is involved with this complication, many fresh graduates are not ready for work sector, they lack professional skills and self-development mentality. This paper is following the design thinking approach to develop a business model using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) for a conceptual project that adopts the idea of the University of the Future (UotF) provided by International Univerity of Malaysian IIUM by utilizing both international community engagement and digital entrepreneurship education, with a main endeavor of reducing poverty and unemployment rate for the vulnerable youth of Jordan.

This is important to Malaysia’s cyberspace as secured, trusted, and resilient, fostering economic prosperity and citizens’ well-being. This is achieved by fortifying capabilities to predict, detect, deter, and respond to threats via structured governance, competent people, support best practices processes, and deploy effective technology.
