Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to create a digital transformational plan for an Islamic institution. Specifically, for Pusrawi, a health care institute that applies Islamic values in their business. The proposed transformational plan includes the implementation of Pusrawi mobile application that is dedicated to serving the patients needs in a very comprehensive yet simplified way. This app provides the handling of patient records as well as analysis of data generated by the app as decision support.

Abstract: Now a day, Hand Gesture Recognition System can be used for Interfacing between Computer and Human using Hand Gesture. Hand Gesture is defined as static movement e.g. making a fist and holding it in certain position is considered as gesture. Complex gesture, fingers can be bent at angles other than zero or ninety degree. It include various forms of pinching, the “okay” sign and many of the gestures used in finger spelling. Dynamic movement such as waving goodbye. Simple gestures are made in 2 ways. First way involves simple or complex gesture and change in position or orientation of the hand such as making a pinching gesture and changing hand position. Second way moving the fingers in some way with no change in position and orientation of hand. e.g.: moving the index and middle finger back and forth to urge someone to move closer. Complex gesture includes finger movement, wrist movement and changes in hand position and orientation. Many signs in American Sign Language are example of gesture. Number of gesture that given recognition system or algorithmic techniques can accurately recognized. 1 to 15 postures and gestures is considered small set, 15 to 25 medium sized and anything over 25 are considered large. Technique for a Human Computer Interface through Hand Gesture is able to recognize 25 Static Gestures from American Sign Language Hand Alphabet.

Abstract: There has been an increase use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in large companies and government organizations in developed countries recently. While ERP systems have been widely adopted in the Western economies, developing countries such as Ghana lag far behind. The purpose of this research is to investigate both the organizational and national factors that influence the ERP implementation in Ghana and how these significant factors contribute to achieving competitive advantage. A quantitative approach based on a cross-sectional survey is used to collect data from our respondents. A questionnaire approach base on structured and semi-structured questions will be used to collect data from a random sample of organizations who have implemented ERP systems for one or more years. Findings of this research suggest that ERP implementation in Ghana is influenced by a number of national factors such as economic growth, government regulations, ICT infrastructure and many others. In addition to this, some organizational factors also play some significant role in the ERP implementation. The findings of this study also aid the management of organizations that are implementing ERP systems to gain a better understanding of the likelihood challenges they may face and to enable them to put in place appropriate measures to mitigate the risks of implementation failures. Finally this research also contribute to the body of knowledge since research of this nature lag far behind in developing countries such as Ghana.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to propose a design of an Automated Car Parking System commanded by an Android application that regulates the number of cars to be parked on designated parking area by automating the Parking and Un-parking of the car with the help of Commands of an Android Application. The study of some existing systems shows that the level of automation in them is limited only to features like Number plate extraction, Comparison based on Snapshots of parking spaces, processing of images or Mechanical lifts in case of multilevel parking. Our system aims to reduce the human intervention to the minimal by automating the process of car parking. This in turn would prove to be useful in reducing the time required for search of free parking space by manually driving through multiple slots. The automation in the car is achieved by means of feature of Path Tracing using Sensors. We, hereby, also present a mathematical representation of our system. We also hereby present the results obtained and finally, focus on the future advancements for the project.

Abstract: In today’s competitive market, attraction of customers towards the product plays an important role. In order to attract the customers there is a need of targeting the users towards the product. The current system of advertisement is not so efficient towards targeting the customers. In such systems, customers are getting bored and waste their time by simply watching the advertisements. To overcome such situations, the proposed system provides a new way of advertisements by giving points or virtual money to the users in wallet for watching the advertisements and can redeem the same. The system also has an optional program of Referral, initially user has to pay a particular amount and then he/she gets a unique QR code (Quick Response) which is generated in a random fashion. For referring each friend, he/she receives some points in wallet and he/she can redeem the same.

The paper proposes an efficient way for the development of targeted advertisements and referrals with the help of C4.5 and Recommender systems. C4.5 basically includes parameters such as age, location, gender etc. and Recommender system gives us the personal interests of user which were collected during registration. The current system has an efficiency of 53% in targeting the customers and the proposed system being a combination of C4.5 and recommender system gives a better efficiency.

Abstract: Social video has exploded in the past years and it is an important part of the online experience that grows exponentially. Today, YouTube has become the largest user-driven video content provider in the world; it has become a major platform for disseminating multimedia information. We can see a lot of advantages and disadvantages of this channel. It is a good platform for people to find and share information, reach people globally and also a best marketing platform to promote and sell products. However, there are inappropriate contents in YouTube which pose negative effects to the viewers. As a Muslim, it is an obligation to seek for knowledge and avoid from seeing inappropriate things. This paper proposes an edutainment video platform that adhere to Islamic guidelines and principles. This idea can be a stepping stone for the promotion of Islamic ambience in the context of social network environment.

Abstract: A single parallel system, such as a cluster, with restricted number of resources may not be able to deliver appropriate computing power to applications demanding high computation power. One solution to this problem is to collect and utilize distributed computing resources that are owned and maintained by different institutions, labs or computing centres. The distributing computing power when connected transparently to meet the requirement of computation intensive applications has raised a new approach termed as grid computing. Grid computing is broadly considered as a concept of enormous potential in both industry and academia. Grid computing environment consists of geographically distributed resources like processors, storage systems and high speed networks. Implementation of grid computing environment involves several issues like security, resource management, data management, information services and scheduling. Some of which are of immediate concern and some are long term issues.

Abstract: The project Assessment of Image Quality Using its Similarities and Deviation in Gradient Metrics is mainly done in order to increase the image quality and also to decrease the resulting time of the processed image for multiple images as input. To evaluate the perceptual quality of the single best output image in many applications such as image restoration, image compression and multimedia streaming. A image quality assessment (IQA) model with computationally efficient and also deliver high quality prediction accuracy. In case processing with images and in other fields the process of working on quality plays of image hits the major role. Likewise major project were based on improving image quality by comparing the spoof images and reference images. In case of existing system there were four techniques like GMSD, PNSR, SSIM and MSE that were used to increase the image quality and resulting time. Yet, the image that is obtained is still not clear due to the use of top-down framework. Hence in order to improvise the existing system, we have created a proposed design to find the best image among multiple images, includes another four techniques like MAMS, SME, SPE, RRED that are used to improve the image quality. The pixel wise similarity between gradient magnitude maps of  reference and distorted image is computed .These methods are also helpful in improving the calculating time of the models. These methods are used with high performance IQA applications and with perfect GMSD model.

Abstract: The main problem nowadays we facing today is retrieval of significant data and with less consumption of time. So, it’s not an efficient system. Hence the system designed with cluster, nodes and master site. Cluster with the number of nodes and the Network with the number of clusters. Moreover user firstly updates the data to their respective nodes then to the master site this maintains of data is called bloom filter. Whereas, search will be done by the replication to the closer node if not then proceed to the cluster if not then to the master site based on popular file replicate strategy (PFRF). Instead of storing the data in all the nodes system uses hash value and then retrieved. Retrieved data packets will be encrypted.
