Abstract: The following research will focus on building a COVID-19 tracker app called COVI, with the main objective of keeping the people updated and educated on the Covid-19 virus. The user is required to provide different kinds of inputs in order for the app to be able to provide the user with many useful outputs, which can help the user in case of a Covid-19 Infection. This paper aims to implemented an android based Covid-19 tracker app, and in order to do that the research is divided into two main parts, which is front-end and back-end application. This is accomplished by combining a number of tools and programs such as Android Studio, Java Programming Language, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Google’s Firebase program, a web-based corona API website and many other visual aspects that will for sure make it quite enjoyable and educational for the user to use. By building an app as such, that we can help in educating people on the Covid-19 virus while making it easier for the user to reach for help in case of an infection and hence reveals very promising results.

Abstract: The problem system analysis of models and methods coordinated management in multi-agent systems is formulated. This systems are intellectual active systems. Matter of theory multi-agent systems are uncovered. Character of methods coordinated management is presented as totality of formalize and not formalize methods of system analysis. Basic classis of conduct models in systems man–machine of coordinated management and adoption decisions are presented. Fuzzy algorithms are elaborated, which are realizing of group by investigation of operations with computers and model of conduct of intellectual active system. This system is interactive system man-machine of modeling coordinated optimization in diffuse conditions.

Abstract: This research article explains how source code is assessed at the Front End and Back End of the compiler and which sections source code must pass and parse in order to generate target code. Abstract: A world without the internet is not something one can imagine. As all things have changed due to the internet, so has shopping. No one wants to buy a product only to be later dissatisfied due to the minor inconvenience brought due to something which wasn't revealed when exploring the product due to lack of resources. The solution is to move into the world of Augmented Reality (AR). Using AR the customer can view the object he intends on buying. The buyer can make sure the product looks to his expectation from any angle. This can prevent the user from making wrong decisions. To put the solution into the real world the seller must provide face images of the product and required dimensions using which a model can be generated which will be shown to the seller.

Abstract: Phishing is an act of luring unsuspecting recipient of a message into revealing information which can be used against the recipient. Email is the most common medium of creating a Phishing attack against individuals and organizations. Phishing is a type of social engineering attempt, usually via emails, designed to trick the recipient. These attacks often result in malicious software getting deployed, steal user data including credentials or financial data, and victimize the entire infrastructure for ransom etc. First step in preventing this attack is to identify what a Phishing attempt is, to report it, and take similar actions for others. The golden rule of prevention is when you are in doubt, do not open that email, download its attachments or click on any hyperlinks inside.

Abstract: In recent years driver fatigue is one of the major causes of road accidents in the world. A through way of measuring driver fatigue is measuring the state of the driver drowsiness. So it is very important to detect the fatigue of the driver to save life and property. This project is aimed towards developing a system of drowsiness detection system. This prototype is a real time system which captures image continuously and measures the state of the eye according to the specified algorithm and gives warning if required. Though there are several methods for measuring the fatigue but this approach is completely non-intrusive which does not affect the driver in any way, hence giving the exact condition of the driver. For detection of drowsiness the per closure value of eye is calculated. So when the closure of eye exceeds a certain value then the driver is detected to be sleepy.

Abstract: The article focused on the field of artificial intelligence including decision-making, and the concerns of ethical violations. It assessed the ethical concerns associated with various AI approaches and the steps that can be taken to address the challenge, identified that the major ethical concerns over AI adoption relate to individual privacy, unknown intentions of the AI developers (big corporations) and the possibility of inability to control future AI systems. The dilemma also exists especially in health care where ethics on non-disclosure of certain information seems to disagree with the need to disclose information that can be used for AI training for the benefit of the patients. Adherence to ethical standards during the development of AI is key in addressing ethical concerns. There is also a need for ethical governance and the need to ensure transparency while protecting the identifiable data.

Abstract: Internet of Things (IoT) technology is expected to play a basic portion in moving forward agrarian capacity to meet food request. Smart agriculture incorporates IoT based modern technologies to improve operational efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce wastage through deployment of control mechanism. The major aim behind this project is to design and build an automated greenhouse for Federal College of agriculture, Akure using Internet of things (IOT) devices that can maintain the natural conditions, by acting upon live sensor readings. Abstract: Citizen development is a process in business where software development, through the use of low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms, is encouraged for employees without IT enterprise training. As a result, business users are facilitated with the necessary technology and IT support for the creation of basic productivity software. This paper expounds on citizen development by analyzing its history, benefits, promotion, framework, maturity assessment, governance, popular platforms, KPIs, and challenges, as well as its RACI. Abstract: Multifactor authentication (MFA) is one of the most secure authentication methods. It covers a wide range of topics in a cyber-connected environment, such as online payments, communications, and access right management, among others. Multifactor authentication is usually a little complicated because it necessitates an extra step on the part of the user. With two-factor authentication, in addition to the user ID and password, the user must additionally input a special code that they usually receive through SMS or a special code that they have received in advance. Abstract: This research is aimed at exploring the factors that militate against the use of ICT in Medical Imaging Department in the Primary Health Care Service. Obio/Akpor Local Government Area located in Rivers State was used as the study area with a target population of 50 medical staffs available in the various Health Care Centers. This research is introduced with the aims and objectives clearly stated which involves determining the importance of the use of ICT and its effectiveness in the medical imaging department. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires whereby 65 questionnaires were issued but 50 were retrieved of which data analysis were made on.

Data presentation was based on the use of tables and percentage which discussion was made based on the outcome of the tables. The findings were discussed according to the previous study of other researchers as stated in the literature review. The study was carried out and factors which happen to limit the use of ICT in imaging department was discovered to be: poor ICT knowledge, poor electricity supply and the use of obsolete machines with several other factors.
