Abstract: The research region covered by the secondary forest and it has quickly extended. Estimating either beneficial economic or environmental impacts needs accurate maps. Sentinel-2 Multispectral Instrument (MSI) with its distinctive synoptic coverage capability provides accurate and instantly valuable data. Three classification techniques (Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) were investigated in this paper utilizing Sentinel-2 MSI image with training samples of various sizes to map secondary forest cover.  SVM had the perfect output with overall accuracy varying from 86% to 92% and a coefficient of Kappa from 0.76 to 0.85, depends entirely on the sample size of the training data (varying from 20 to 500 pixels per class). SVM's benefit was more apparent once the sample size of the training was lower. ANN needed the involvement of the user, the level of his / her knowledge and experience affected the accuracy. The SAM algorithm surpassed alike SVM and ANN in aspects of speed and efficiency for large-scale secondary forest mapping. Furthermore, the maximum threshold values of the SAM spectral angle for a large training sample size are in agreement with the outcomes of previous studies, that implies the potential subjectivity of the SAM threshold. If verifiable, the SAM algorithm will be a simple and robust methodology commonly for large-scale mapping of secondary forest.

Abstract: Despite education is considered as a basic human right, it is been a challenge for the majority of Afghan people especially women. In Afghanistan, women are experiencing various obstacles due to the lack of educational society. They remain poor and deprived of education. Even though during the past couple of decades, there is an increase in initiatives addressing poverty and women education, the majority still suffer. Only 37 percent of women have gained an education. This is due to parents and maybe the government paid less attention to women’s education. This deprivation of women from education caused in the decrease of their role in Governmental affairs and society development. Because of this, they become a burden on their parents and husbands to survive. The aim of this paper is to investigate the main barriers to women education. This paper uses the design and system thinking methodology to understand the main problems and propose a business model of University of the Future (UotF)  for a Malaysian university in providing humanizing education to the women in Afghanistan. The contribution of this paper is a conceptual and validated business model in BMC and VPC format. The UotF business model for the Malaysian university proposed in this paper will help Afghan women to gain the basic knowledge, skills and human values in contributing to the wellbeing and development of Afghan society.

Abstract: This paper takes a gander in the past, current and future computerized change plan for the Digital transformation. There are unprecedented challenges in the future of higher education. Why will we get people ready to bring about sustainable change that would also increase the personal satisfaction of individuals? For every field of human life, the need to consider Sustainable Development Goals is a profound fact. As a result, knowledge collection cannot be left to risk and higher education institutions should be held accountable. Higher education is generally assumed to have a two-fold objective: to provide job opportunities and to create awareness. Both have a shared goal of improving the quality of our lives. Humanizing education should be modified within the university in order to maintain sustainability and remain important with the universities' future goal. For those who are poor, vulnerable and unemployed, youth issues are frequently encountered. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a conceptual business model of humanizing education including an eLearning, mentoring program and e-Marketplace to support orphans and youth from poor (B40) families in Gombak District, Selangor. The paper presents the business models, methodologies, and strategies to turn the university from a non-described organization into a dynamic organization with relevant knowledge, skills, and human qualities such as honesty and ethical efficiency.

Abstract: Outdoor positioning mainly relies on the GPS system, but GPS signals can be severely affected indoors and in dense building group. Many indoor areas have coved with WiFi due to the development of WLAN technology, so no additional beacons are needed for positioning. However, due to the complex indoor environment and the susceptibility of WiFi signals, indoor positioning based on WiFi fingerprints is facing great challenges. Therefore, we proposed a method to identify the buildings and its floors based on SCAE-DNN. The Stacked Contractive Auto-Encoder network (SCAE) is added to the Deep Neural Network (DNN). In the offline phase, SCAE is used to extract the characteristics of the WiFi signal strength as the input to the DNN. In the online phase, the network is trained to identify buildings and floors. The SCAE-DNN network is robust to the fluctuations of input signal, so the recognition accuracy is high. By using the public data set UJIIndoorLoc, the results shows that the accuracy achieves 99.7% by utilizing SCAE-DNN.

Abstract: There is necessity to recognize the vehicle number plate when it is kept in front of pi camera then the system must be capable of capturing image by camera automatically by using raspberry pi3. When number plate is recognized then the verification will take place if the condition satisfies then only the gate will be opened and when number plate is not recognized gate will remain closed. In this system, ALPR technique are used. Also the features like SMS or email notifications are provided.

Abstract:  Recently, the lack of dependability on personal computers and the lack of use of these devices have been noticed recently, so I thought that I was looking for reasons that led to a decline in the use of computers in this large format, and will the desktop PC disappear or not?

I will also address the main topic of this research, the future of intelligent computer programming languages, by listing the different types of programming loops and the advantages and disadvantages of each, and the impact of the spread of smart phones on desktop computers.

Technology is rapidly evolving in a world driven by social networks, online transactions, and cloud computing and automated processes. But with the technological evolution comes the progress of cyber-crime, which continuously develops new attack types, tools and techniques so in recent years cyber-security is considered one of the key national security issues due to advancement of technology and internet connectivity. ( Bendovschi , 2015) The main objective of this white paper is to propose the practical strategies for educating the general public to be aware of these security threats and now how they can overcome these challenges as long as we are a society that runs largely on technology, we are also as a result dependent on it. And just as technology brings ever greater benefits, it also brings ever greater threats: by the very nature of the opportunities it presents it becomes a focal point for cybercrime, industrial espionage, and cyber-attacks. Abstract: In general network are referred as the interconnection of system to share information while the sharing occurs in the media ,the chance for intrusions are layer nowadays. To counter the  intrusions this proposed system gathers the fruitful usage of ‘latency’ and ‘scheduler’ timing which are incorporated in the name of the algorithm called as ‘Block Algorithm’. This algorithm assures the existing scheduling algorithms and finds the limitation of data transmission to the considerable percentage level of 51%.In order to enhance this work the proposed system notifies the issues of ‘interrupt attacks’ where the latency timing and existing scheduling timing are considered by the attackers to evade into the network .so a concrete solution to mitigate the interrupt attack needs to initiate the necessary processors of scheduling, latency and  optimal resource utilization are found to be one of the solution to detect the intrusions discussed in this work .Further, the vital routing techniques to transmit  the packets like ‘Onion  Routing’, Multipath  routing are analyzed and the timing involved in transmitting the packets are included in the module specifications by setting the timer, event time solution, schedule executing and eventually interrupting the process and thereby counters the intrusion exactly by analyzing all the necessary parameter values. Finally an analysis of  server transmission with its total client participations are collectively measured and attained on other significant percentage level of increase of 38% with the existing 51% and proposes an advantage of 89% increase in all the processors to identify the intrusion. Thus the proposed system analyzes the existing components of scheduling, latency methods in the network ,routing algorithms and proposed a novel time based intrusion detection based approach as an enhanced as security model using block algorithms.

Abstract: Simulation process provides a platform to model the real-life scenario from an experimental viewpoint. Simulation plays a key role in providing output that could be used to model the real-life. Queue patterns are studies from two perspective: (1) the stochastic method and (2) simulation technique. This paper spurs on discrete event simulation (DES) technique to investigate the assertions already made in queue model research works. Life-Data already collected from [1] was used and simulation carried out using simmer package in R language. Findings validate the result of assertions made some research literatures.
