Abstract: Cardiovascular disease is a major cause of disability and premature death throughout the world, and contributes substantially to the escalating costs of health care. The underlying pathology is atherosclerosis, which develops over many years and is usually advanced by the time symptoms occur, generally in middle age. Acute coronary and cerebrovascular events frequently occur suddenly, and are often fatal before medical care can be given. Modification of risk factors has been shown to reduce mortality and morbidity in people with diagnosed or undiagnosed cardiovascular disease. Type 2 Heart Disease and coronary artery disease (CAD) are conditions that cause a substantial public health burden. Since both conditions often coexist in the same individual, it has been hypothesized that they have a common effector. Insulin and hyperglycemia are assumed to play critical roles in this scenario. In recent years, many genetic risk factors for both hearts and CAD have been discovered, mainly through genome-wide association studies. Genetic aspects of hearts, heart macrovascular complications, and CAD are assumed to have intersections leading to the common effector hypothesis. However, only a few genetic risk factors could be identified that modulate the risk for both conditions. Polymorphisms in TCF7L2 and near the CDKN2A/B genes seem to be of great importance in this regard since they appear to modulate both conditions, and they are not necessarily related to insularism, or hyperglycemia, for CAD development. Other issues related to this hypothesis, such as the problems of phenotype heterogeneity, are also of interest. Recent studies have contributed to a better understanding of the complex genetics of heart macrovascular complications. Much effort is still needed to clarify the associations in the genetics of hearts, and cardiovascular disease. At present, there is little genetic evidence to support a common effector hypothesis, other than insulin or hyperglycemia, for the association between these conditions.

Abstract: The world is changing. Today, we're no longer just people on the computer - we're people in the Internet of Things. It's not just our refrigerators that are connected to the Internet anymore - it's also our homes, cities, and businesses. We're inventing new ways to talk to other people by chatting with them over video-conferencing tools like Skype and Zoom. We're using augmented reality platforms like Snapchat filters to share memories with friends separated by oceans or continents. We're using messaging apps to create real-time social networks of people that follow, like, and comment on one another's posts. What's on the Internet will be even better tomorrow. With things that are connected to the Internet of People, who doesn't want smarter lives? What's on the Internet is getting more personal, and it will be more predictive than ever before. In this research paper we are going to describe the Internet of People through appropriate research on IoP. Internet of things and Internet of people are considered adjacent to each other but there are some differences they have that mentioned in this paper below.  The overall research in this paper describes about difference between IoT and IoP along with the differences of technologies they have.  Different other aspects related to the IoT and IoP are also described in the paper. A significant increase has occurred in the use of wearable development, computer gadgets that integrate remote access and allow the client to always access, integrate and trade data from any location and at any time, from the time of the product's introduction to the commercial centre. Technology such as advanced cells, activity trackers, and smart watches has become widely accepted and appears to be virtually indistinguishable from the human body. While the various aspects of testing, in their opinion, deal with this phenomenon, there is an agreement for all accounts where clients can work with the renaming, tolerate it as a feature, and even feel it as if it is a part of their bodies. By consistently acknowledging the data, its character, and the closest home information they associate with their trends, bodybuilders have been able to extend their intellectual presentation in the past. This type of integration, on the other hand, requires a new area of focus and further exploration in order to be successful. Furthermore, there are no reviews that have included a variety of models (body, comprehension, and self-esteem) in order to compile a comprehensive personal list of models.

Abstract: It is essential that administrators of the country are elected by an honest election. Therefore it is important to ensure safe and secure election methods. The proposed new method of E-voting uses modern technologies like the internet of things and it does not require the voter’s physical presence. People can vote from the comfort of their homes using mobile and web applications. Every vote will be made secure with a series of facial recognition and encryption algorithms. Offline voting system is implemented using a web application & mobile application which incorporates the Aadhar card and the voter ID.

Abstract: Background: It is a given that programs are going to become more and more prevalent in today’s society. However, there are still doubts among people regarding what programming is, how hard it is to get into, as well as the benefits.

Purpose: To study and analyze how to guide children(10-12)  to develop coding skills. This research paper aims to study and analyze the short and long-term benefits of introducing young children to coding from a young age. Abstract: Cloud computing has been intended as the next age group architecture of IT Enterprise. In contrast to traditional results, cloud computing moves the application of software and databases to large data centers, where the organization of the data and services may not be fully truthful. So, this paper attentions the need for users to trust the commercial cloud provider’s and security issues of storing data in cloud storage service. The cloud storage is one of the projecting services presented in cloud computing. This is a implemented paper and proposes a method for cloud storage that allows user to store and access the data securely using SHA256 algorithm and implementing it in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. In this paper we have proposed a solution which uses a mechanism of hash function along with various cryptography tools to provide better security to the data stored on the cloud (AWS).

Abstract: In recent years many enterprises have transformed from traditional data centres into Software Defined Data Centre leveraging private and public Cloud Technologies. This study aims to analyse the resiliency of a typical private cloud infrastructure to security threats and vulnerabilities. A series of assessments and risk analysis were performed that showed the existence of major design weaknesses. Thus, design enhancements are recommended based on the findings to render Private Clouds more secure and to better protect Company data and business.

Abstract: A Maturity Model is a widely used technique that is proven to be valuable to assess business processes or certain aspects of an enterprise. The evaluation of the Enterprise practices against the model — called an ‘‘assessment’’ — determines the level at which the organization currently stands. It indicates the organization’s maturity in the area concerned, enabling stakeholders to clearly identify strengths and improvement points, and accordingly prioritize what to do to reach higher maturity levels and see the greatest improvement and the highest return on investment. To make that possible, maturity assessments must be performed. A maturity assessment activity can range from simple self-assessment questionnaires to fully- fledged assessment methods. This (white paper/case study) sheds light on the use of multi-function organizations for managing fully-fledged assessments at an enterprise level.

Abstract: One of the many challenges in large cloud or compute installations specifically for High Performance Computing (HPC), is implementing a scalable, centrally managed authentication solution that supports simultaneous bursts of authentication requests or resolution. A modern solution like identity Policy and Audit (IPA), proven as a viable solution for traditional IT workloads, however for large compute installations it is more challenging. IPA is a cost-effective solution based on FreeIPA, providing a central repository for storing user identity, access policies, and auditing. Compared to a solution like Sun’s Network Information Service (NIS), IPA has strong features in general but also contains some shortcomings such as complexity of configuration, administration, and recovery. This paper presents a case study for migrating to IPA solution for large computing installation of +12,0000 nodes deployed across two data centers. It uncovers some inherited limitations of out-of-the-box IPA deployment for HPC workloads and ways to work around these limitations to achieve an efficient, reliable, and scalable authentication solution.

Abstract: Network Coding is an optimized technique in which the message content dissemination is a combination of n number of messages to make the network more efficient. It is used in all forms of network in order to tackle the related communication problems in those networks. Network coding plays a vital role in Vanets to satisfy all the communication issues like rapid structural changes, fast moving vehicles, neighborhood connectivity for message passing etc. In Vanets, vehicles communicate with each other for providing entertainment services, to deliver traffic details and to pass life safety alert information. This is one of the most favored areas of researchers for the well-being of humans. This survey paper provides different Network Coding schemes used under Vanets. It has been classified based on Vanets applications such as Content Distribution, Routing, Medium Access Control (MAC), Multimedia Audio and Video streaming, Multihop Wireless and Broadcasting. We presented a detailed exploration and collation of current state-of-the-art protocols and algorithms for Network Coding in Vanets.
