Abstract: Bucky balls have attracted considerable attention in different fields of science and technology since, 1985. This article reviews Bucky balls and their persistence in science and technology. Investigations of chemical, physical and biological properties of fullerenes have yielded promising information. Many of the practical applications of Bucky balls follow directly from their extraordinary properties. Relevant chemical, physical, biological and optical properties are assessed, which make Bucky balls essential components for the future of Nano electromechanical systems. This paper explores the molecular structure of these molecules and different synthesis methods used nowadays. Also various potential therapeutic applications of fullerenes have been reviewed in this paper. In many cases, the necessity of building organic compounds leads to the  exploration  of  nanostructures  like Bucky balls.  These molecules bring to the word engineering flexibility and promising applications in electrical, military and medical fields.

Abstract: Today the world is trying to explore ways to colonize Mars and establishing a colony on Mars would be the dawn of intra-solar system life. Trending ideas in various STEM disciplines can be applied to make Mars more Earth like. Essential technological advances in 3D printing systems, robots, rockets, life support systems, and many more technologies promises a key to colonizing. Here, innumerous ideas are discussed and developed to create an all inclusive logic for colonizing.

Abstract: Nanotechnology is one of the most recent innovative disciplines in engineering with substantial benefits especially in nanomedicine. It holds a great potential with its application to create materials and devices within the range of the “nano” metric system. The creation of these vast materials can be applicable in diverse fields of science such as biology (bionanotechnology), nanoelectronics, and nanomedicine. This field seeks to combine both engineering and medicine to solve scientific and day-2-day problems. This paper reviews the applications of bionanotechnology in nanomedicine because; it is one of the mostly studied applications of nanotechnology, which is in biomedical sciences. Various areas such as drug development, drug production, drug delivery, and clinical diagnostics are analysed in the paper. The review paper highlights the relevance of nanotechnogy as an engineering field which is applicable in the field of biology and medicine.

Abstract: Plastic can be titled as the friendliest foe of human being with all its uses and effects on man as well as on nature. Its invention brought tremendous changes and expansions in almost all fields especially medicines and other branches of sciences. Thousands of plastic factories are producing tons of plastic goods which are popularly used by peoples because of their ease, inertness, cheapness and convenience. Due to non-biodegradable nature they cause hazardous negative impact on environment, men and society. Plastic wastes are major causes of environmental pollution, becomes carcinogenic to human, cause birth defects in human, impaired immunity, endocrine disruption and much more.  In addition to this, dumping of plastic material into seas, oceans and other water bodies is said to have harmed several organisms of marine world, which could even jeopardize the survival of entire species, especially since many are already endangered in and ingestion of the plastic litter. Less conspicuous form, such as plastic pellets and scrubber are also hazardous. Problems arising from biodegradable and toxic nature of plastic have lead to the invention of several other products and effective management ways using which, the harmful effects of plastic can be minimized. As a plastic is major scientific invention with strong influence on human life and nature, learning its properties and ways to manage it effectively is considered important and is even research level. Here, through this study, we discuss about plastic, its properties, various kinds of it, it’s effect on human, nature, ways of effective management, especially recycling.

Abstract: It is incredible to imagine the usefulness of biomedical science in the field of electronics. DNA electronics, which is one of the most attractive applications of bionanotechnology is making its way in nanotechnology like a wild uncontrollable fire.  DNA is regarded as a sturdy tool in the application of electrical transport with the support of semiconductor devices. With the aid of electronic properties exhibited by semiconductors, electron transfer exhibited by both N and P types semiconductors through donating and accepting electrons result to electrical transport that enables the production of electronic devices from nanomolecules. The process leads to nanoelectronics that are discussed in this paper. On the other hand, DNA molecules also showcase electronic coupling, which is identical to semiconductors. This paper examines DNA electronics with the light of current innovative research in bionanotechnology. Different DNA electronic applications are highlighted in addition to some of the products and devices that are bi-products DNA of electronics. The paper demonstrates the effectualness of DNA in bionanotechnology and its assimilation in electronic engineering. The article expatiates on the usefulness of DNA as a resourceful tool for the production of electronic devices.

Abstract: Temperature is one of the most critical parameters that govern smooth functioning of any process plant. Variety of temperature sensors are available for monitoring of temperature but for its selection, many factors should be taken into consideration like required range, accuracy, linearity, response time etc. The technique elaborated in this paper uses a surface temperature measurement assembly which measures process fluid temperature by reducing the complexities faced in conventional temperature measurement. A chemical manufacturer was encountering challenge of continuous and precise temperature monitoring along the transport line to keep the intermediate chemical in a desired state. By utilizing the non-intrusive pipe clamp design and temperature transmitter, accurate temperature control was achieved resulting in improved quality of intermediate chemical and hence final product. Another challenge faced by one of the oil producers was reduced productivity due to paraffin build up restricting the flowlines. Also, frequent visit to field for maintenance was required. The customer requirement was continuous monitoring of paraffin build-up with no pipe penetrations and welding connections to be part of this whole installation as it may fail under high vibration conditions. These issues were resolved by using a combination of non-intrusive pipe clamp sensor and temperature transmitter.
