Abstract: One of the fundamental ideas in the healthcare industry and a crucial component of the caliber of medical care is patient safety. The purpose of this study was to examine the reporting rate of medication errors, the types of errors, and their causes among emergency department nurses. In this descriptive study, 94 nurses from the emergency department of King Fahad Medical city were selected based on the census. 2010-2011.
