Abstract: The Aim for conducting this research is to study how the fashion industry has adapted the various Indian Folk Art traditions and the consumer behaviour towards it. This vast area of cultured art is being divided into states, communities above 600, districts, dialects, tribes which are the main reasons to this rich diversity in art forms. Though these art traditions are a lot in number, many of them are in an extinct stage and few don’t exist. Each form has its own aesthetics and elegance. There are very few people who have the concern towards the art forms, and they come up with great plans amongst which quite a few are breathtaking. This study focuses on the development of these art forms and their impact on the fashion industry.

Abstract: The newborn care, immense importance for the proper development and healthy life of a baby. Pain is a subjective phenomenon that is difficult to quantify and qualify. The need for pain measure is a clinically important issue for substantiating a therapeutic decision and evaluating the effectiveness of a particular intervention. Medical and social scientists routinely create scales to measure phenomena that are not directly observable but reveal themselves through several closely related variables containing both subjective and objective ones. Sometimes a scale in a different socio-geographic arena already exists and scientists attempt to modify and adapt the scale in a similar situation in another part of the planet. The above process typically needs the newly proposed scale to be validated and reliable confirmed. Validity and Reliability are important concepts in medical practice because it can be used to reduce errors during diagnostic evaluations, during the analysis of responses to questionnaires, and even during surgical procedures. Various statistical methods can be used to test reliability according to the characteristics of the data (categorical or continuous) and the contexts of testing variables. So far scientists have used Pearson correlation or the spearman’s rank correlation to validate the medical tools. Canonical Correlation used in this research to validate the newly proposed scales on two different medical areas of Baby Pain measurement by the neonatologists. This research is going to provide that the PIPP (Premature Infant Pain Profile) Proposed tool and NPASS (Neonatal Pain Assessment Scale) Proposed tool are valid and reliable tool for assessing acute pain in infants.

Abstract: 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethcathinone (MDMC), known as methylone, is a new analog of methcathinone, which is found also in the group of central nervous system stimulant. Street samples consisting of capsules seized by the South African Police were submitted to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for further analysis.  In order to detect these samples, the following techniques such as Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid chromatography coupled with (time-of-flight) mass spectrometry (LC-(TOF)-MS), Attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (ATR-FTIR) and Fourier transform Raman (FT-Raman) were used to identify the seized materials. The study of the mass spectra of the samples and its acetyl derivative were indication of positive Methylone (3,4-Methylenedioxymethcathinone). The literature survey was used as a reference material.

Abstract: The Introductory part of the paper will explain the process of generating the Abadiano’s Netizens Information Sharing Theory. The next part of this paper aims to validate the problem why we share information content in Social Media. It also will give us a glimpse of the pyschology of Information Sharing and how the netizens shared content in Social Media sites like YouTube. The researcher analyzed the validity of the netizens’ prevalent emotions in commenting about the inspirational video that is worth sharing. This study used the Data Mining method found in the social media YouTube video of the inspirational viral post of Nick Vujicic – “The man with no arms and limbs”. Descriptive statistics were utilized using the frequency analysis of the viral posts in a certain period of time to check the frequency of the positive and negative emotional comments of the netizens. The graph results and findings of the inspirational video of Nick Vujicic states that from the year 2011 wherein the video views count rose up because of the content of the video which is very inspirational and worth sharing. It can now be concluded that if the videos or posts are significant and motivating it is shared among families and friends.

Abstract: Diarrheal disease is one of the leading causes of death in children under five years old, most people who die from this disease actually die from severe dehydration and fluid loss. Moreover, 88% of its global diarrheal disease is attributed to unsafe water supply, inadequate sanitation, and hygiene. This investigation was developed to determine the effect of Participatory hygiene and sanitation transformation (PHAST) program in an isolated community of Mabini, Samar Province, Philippines. Longitudinal research design was used in order to determine the effect of the program one year was implemented in the community. A purposive sampling was utilized in this investigation which accounts a total of 39 households in Mabini community, Basey, Samar, without toilet facilities. The instrument used was the modified questionnaire of the Philippine Red Cross in water and sanitation before and after the program was implemented.  Results showed that there was improvement of knowledge on water and sanitation, hand washing practice, household waste practices drinking practices, defecation practices. Thus, program reaching the most isolated and difficult areas experiencing the most detrimental effects which improve poor hygiene and sanitation, improving health, equality and social justice.

Abstract:  The concepts of image compression are explained using the mathematical equations of DCT. The analysis of JPEG standard is based on discrete cosine transforms (DCT). In the JPEG standard, DCT played the important role of separating information by using different frequencies. The Compression was achieved through quantization and coding. Image compression is a technique by which the amount of data required to represent a digital image is reduces and hence this can minimize such type of problems. JPEG image format is based on Discrete Cosine Transformation (DCT), quantization and encoding process. Enhancing the efficiency of JPEG is hardly to develop the algorithm of quantization and coding. Finally, the JPEG compression encoder established, and the performance of compressed image presented.
