Abstract: In this paper, based on a new multiplication of fractional analytic functions, we use some techniques to obtain the fractional Fourier series expansions of two types of matrix fractional functions. Matrix fractional Euler’s formula and matrix fractional DeMoivre’s formula play important roles in this article. In fact, our results are generalizations of the results in ordinary calculus.

Abstract: In this paper, based on Jumarie type of Riemann-Liouville (R-L) fractional integral and a new multiplication of fractional analytic functions, we obtain three types of matrix fractional integrals. The matrix fractional exponential function, matrix fractional cosine function, and matrix fractional sine function play important roles in this article. In fact, our results are generalizations of the results in classical calculus.

Abstract: This research project examined environmental security practices and their impact on sustainable development in Kigali City, Rwanda, with a focus on three primary objectives: 1. To assess the environmental security policies and how they affect sustainable development in Kigali City; 2. To evaluate environmental security practices compliance on the sustainable development of Kigali City and lastly 3. To investigate environmental security technologies and how they enhance sustainable development in Kigali City. A mixed-methods research design was employed, targeting both residents and environmental experts in Gasabo District, Kigali City. The sample size was determined using Yamane's formula, and a stratified sampling technique was applied to ensure representation across different demographics. Purposive sampling was used for selecting environmental experts, while simple random sampling was utilized for resident participants. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and online surveys (Google Forms). Data analysis was both quantitative and qualitative, using statistical techniques to examine the relationship between environmental security practices and sustainable development. The findings revealed Environmental Policies shows a significant positive correlation with Dependent Variable- DV (Sustainable Development), with a correlation coefficient of 0.370 (p < .001). This indicates a moderate positive relationship, suggesting that as familiarity with or the effectiveness of environmental policies increases, sustainable development in Kigali City tends to improve. Compliance with policies and environmental security practices is significantly positively correlated with DV (Sustainable Development), presenting a correlation coefficient of 0.303 (p = .004), which implies that improved compliance with environmental security practices enhances sustainable development in Kigali City. IV3 (Environmental Technologies) also shows a significant correlation with sustainable development, with a coefficient of 0.303 (p = .004), indicating that the adoption of environmental technologies positively impacts sustainable development. However, gaps were identified in air quality management and waste disposal practices. The recommendations, based on empirical data and stakeholder feedback, emphasized the need for stronger policy enforcement, enhanced public awareness programs, and investment in advanced environmental technologies to ensure long-term sustainability. The study's findings are expected to inform policy development, guide urban planning strategies, and contribute to academic discourse on environmental security and sustainable urban development in Kigali City.

Abstract: Young readers will find it easier to read words by sight or memory if they have a large vocabulary of sight words that they are familiar with from earlier literature. Deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) learners have distinct learning qualities, which might make reading challenging for them. Their main form of communication is sign language because of their propensity for visual learning. The majority of Filipino DHH learners encounter difficulties in comprehending Filipino-written vocabularies. Results from the Phil-IRI screening tests conducted on pupils in grades 4, 5, and 6 show that they fall under the Frustration Level. This study's overarching goal is to use an intervention known as Filipino Sign Language-Sight Words Intervention (FSL-SWI) to alleviate the difficulties DHH learners have learning Filipino-written words. Multimedia educational resources that are available on all Android and iOS devices served as the intervention. A mixed method technique was employed in the study to gather both quantitative and qualitative data. Pre- and post-tests were administered to 89 students in grades 4, 5, and 6 who participated as student participants to collect quantitative data. The application of FSL-SWI is a powerful and effective multimedia learning intervention that can help DHH learners expand their vocabulary in Filipino, as indicated by the considerable rise in mean percentage score observed in the pre and post-test results. The posttest results yielded to the independent reading level, indicating that following the intervention, the learners are proficient in using sign language to function independently and comprehend information well. Qualitative data, on the other hand, was collected through survey forms and focus group interview to some selected stakeholders. The focus group interview produced three themes for this study, namely, Filipino sign language variation, sign language training to parents/guardians, and easy access to multimedia.  All stakeholders gave the FSL-SWI a good agreement rating overall. FSL-SWI is strongly advised to be used as an intervention to help the students in grades 4, 5, and 6 expand their Filipino vocabulary, according to feedback and evaluation.

Abstract: The competitive nature and the changing dynamics of Nigeria banking environment has thrown a lot of challenges which only the strongest among the deposit money banks could survive. Organisations are increasingly laying more emphasis on motivating executive staff employees since their actions or inactions have serious performance implications for the survival of these institutions. This study intends to shed more light on the importance of executive staff benefits and their impact on organisational performance. The success and survival of any organisation is largely determined by the way their executive staff are remunerated. The Marginal Productivity theory was used to underpinned executive staff benefits and a conceptual model was developed to show the effect of independent sub-variables of executive staff benefits on overall performance of the organisation. The comparison of empirical literatures show that executive benefits could be used to create and sustain organisational performance because the more competitive and attractive these benefits, the more likely it will motivate these executive staff to increase their productivity. The study recommends that there is the need for organisations, especially deposit money banks to institute and maintain excellent executive employee benefits programmes that motivates them since it will help create a sense of loyalty and hard work which encourages higher individual and organisational productivity. The study concluded that organisations should constantly review their executive staff benefits and remunerations in line with the changing environment to sustain their motivation and productivity at work place.
