Abstract: The study is about the compliance of the selected DOT (Department of Tourism) accredited hotels in the city of Tagaytay towards inclusive tourism. Inclusive tourism trend has been growing in the past years and the main benefactors of these types of tourism are the PWD’s and senior citizens. The study assesses if the DOT accredited hotels complies with the universal standard for inclusion tourism. The study is qualitative in nature and use checklist and interview with the hotel manager to come up with the result there are two selected hotels in the study the Escala hotel and Hotel Kimberly. The result shows that both the hotels complied with the standards of the tourism inclusion however both have different incompliance with the standards for the Escala Hotel the visibility of the signages, absence of crosswalk pathways, absence of another handrail and the lack of contrasting color of steps. The restroom direction of opening and closing, the lack of grab bars, the food menu that is hard to read and the lack of advocacy for the PWD’s. While the Hotel Kimberly had incompliance with the signages contrasting colors, lack of crosswalk pathways, lack of handrails, lack of contrasting colors on the steps, the direction of the doors in the restroom, the lack of removable shower, the parking distance to the hotel, the lack of advocacy for the PWD’s and the lack of training to the employees about first aid and emergency response.

Abstract: This paper focuses on two of the largest Asian countries, India and China, which are experiencing rapid growth in recent time and which is measured through growth analysis. China has already surpassed many big countries and has become the second largest economy in the world after United States of America. Consistent check over the capital Stock and employment rate using appropriate data and updated national accounts of both the giants are incorporated. These values and results give us a clear picture about the growth and help us to study both countries in terms of potential growth and economic shifts that occurred over the recent time. Our study aims to compare both the countries, knowing India is third of china’s size, nevertheless also understanding that both the countries are fastest growing economies. Factors that are looked upon are GDP, GNP per capital, taxations, challenges faced, infrastructure and so on.

Abstract: The issue between US and Iran is one of the biggest issues of the current world and the decisions taken by both the countries have repercussions on the economy of other countries as well. There are various conditions that were imposed on the Iran’s nuclear deal during the time when Barack Obama was the president of US. The deal was signed, and later US backed out of the deal when Donald Trump became the president of US because Trump felt that Iran is not adhering to the deal and were up to something. Many recent articles were reviewed, and the details were collectively accumulated. Most of the issues related to the sanctions by US on Iran are covered in this article. The objective of this article is to give a clear idea on as much aspects of this issue as possible and also on the effects this issue had on the economy of India.

Abstract: In the present study an attempt has been made to examine the behavior impact of cashless transaction of electronic goods prediction based on consumer behaviour at Shimla district. In this study have been included 110 consumers they purchase product of electronic goods and made payment by cashless mode. The primary data was collected from the respondents with questionnaire was given to 110 consumers in Shimla district. The popularity of electronic device among youth has ensured that they possess a high interest  in newer and trendier gadgets after the revaluation of internet and varies online website the public mostly prefer online shopping and payment made by cashless mode due to offered product by different sites at low price. At the continuation of demonetization process the cashless transaction activities are implementation impact the significance change in the behaviour of consumer. Now various wedsite product in the context of the above, this study makes an attempt to analyze and find out how the cashless transaction effect out how behaviour at the purchase of electronic product. The objective of study related to examine the various factors of consumer for cashless electronic purchase and identify the mode of payment including risk and prospective of cashless mode.

Abstract: The study aims to identify the relationship between the retention policy and mock board examination of BS Accountancy of LPU-C and the LPU-C graduates’ performance in the CPA Licensure Examination. The study covers all the graduates of LPU-C who took the CPALE of October 2013 to May 2015 or a five accountancy board examinations. The study take into considerations the performance of the students on retention examination and compared to their actual CPALE board per subject. The significance of the study includes the development of retention policy and retention examination by examining its relevance and effect to actual board. The study revealed that there are several in the mock retention subjects that are significantly related to more than one subject to CPALE examination. The study recommends the standardization and continuous development of mock retention examination aligned with the BOA syllabus for CPALE with focus subjects that reflect low performance of the BSA graduates of LPU-C.

Abstract: There has been a growing body of knowledge that has advocated involvelment of women in economic activities such as entrepreneurship for purposes of making a meaningful contribution to the growth of economies. The focus of this study, however, was not women’s involvement and contribution to economic growth, rather their quest to attain sustainable livelihoods. Following the scientific method of enquiry, quantitative and qualitative data were collected and analysed. Data collection tools included focus group discussions (FGDs), observations and a questionnaire. The overall findings of the study were that women’s entrepreneurship did not lead to sustainable livelihoods among small-scale women entrepreneurs in Lusaka Urban due to several impediments that negatively affected their businesses’ potential. A number of suggestions are listed and discussed that are aimed at guiding policy makers to create an enabling environment that will stimulate the growth and success of women’s entrepreneurship in Zambia.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty of the participants, that will be used in proposing an electronic relationship marketing model was proposed based on the results of the study. The study utilized the descriptive-correlational methodologies. A total of 155 Chinese consumers that has experienced a transaction with C2C websites in the Philippines was computed using Slovin’s Formula served as the participants of the study. Snowball sampling was utilized. The results revealed that the participants were highly satisfied with the services of the C2C websites. Also, they feel important with all the aspect of e-trust and their level of e-loyalty has a positive rating on the behavioral component. The recency of C2C online transaction ranges from 2 to 4 weeks and approximately, a Chinese consumer bought more than 2 times a year. On the other hand, there is a high level of e-loyalty (near to becoming a very high level) as perceived by the participants. After a regression analysis of the correlated variables, only design and presentation, and accessibility are found out to be the only predictors of e-loyalty in consumer-to-consumer e-commerce.

Abstract:  The company must have a good management of its employees, in order to improve the quality of human resources. Creating quality human resources requires the development of work discipline in each employee. Discipline is one of the success factors of the company which can be seen from employee responsibilities in the timeliness of work to output. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence work discipline consisting of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Organizational Culture. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Labor and Energy of Mineral Resources in Bali Province. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method. The number of samples in this study were as many as 82 people, namely all employees at the Department of Labor and Energy of Mineral Resources in Bali Province except the head of department. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that Leadership Style, Motivation, and Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Bali Province Department of Labor and Department of Energy and Mineral Resourcesemployees. The implication of the research shows that the better the Leadership Style, the higher the motivation of employees and the better the Organizational Culture at the Office of Department of Labor and  Mineral Resources of Bali Province will be able to increase the employee's work discipline.

Abstract: Palm oil is a vital commodity in Malaysia and it is the largest agricultural contributor to the national gross domestic product especially in the 1990s. Statistical evidence has shown how the demand for this commodity increasing year by year, but the proposed ban to palm oil by the European Parliament’s resolution in 2017 has shaking the country. This paper study the pattern of global export demand on the palm oil before and after the resolution. The developed model based on decomposition time series is employed to analyze the monthly export demand for palm oil. The data from January 2014 to May 2019 were transformed through a series of procedure to decompose the data into seasonal and trend. Then, the constructed decomposition model was used to predict future export demand for twelve months. The empirical evidence shows that the developed model is able to predict the future export of this commodity.

Abstract: This study refers to the tracer study of the 2012 to 2016 graduates of the College of Business Administration of Lyceum of the Philippines University- Cavite (LPU Cavite). The study determined the employment status of the graduates and the future curriculum requirements of Business Administration programs. A survey questionnaire was utilized in the conduct of tracer studies across colleges. The graduates were traced through the internet and social networking sites, possible meetings, and different means of communication available like phone calls and short messaging systems. The findings revealed that majority of the graduates are employed and holding a permanent or regular status. Almost all of the respondents agreed that the BA curriculum in general is relevant and related to their first job.

Abstract: Commercial banks are regarded as very important players in the financial sector and the economy of a country at large. The study utilized causal research design and utilized panel data for Eleven (11) years from 2007 to 2017 using panel regression analysis. The target population constituted of all the eleven (11) listed commercial banks in Kenya and therefore this implied that a census was adopted. Data was sourced from the audited financial statements of commercial banks from the respective commercial bank’s official websites and CBK statistical bulletins from the CBK’s official website. Data obtained was regressed using the random effect model and the results of the analysis tabulated the results of the study established that that Central Bank Rate and inflation are insignificant to performance while money supply was significant. The study also indicated that capital adequacy had an insignificant moderating effect on the relationship between Central Bank Rate and money supply but significant moderating effect on the relationship between Inflation. Moreover, the study concluded that in absence of prudential regulation, Central Bank Rate and Inflation have insignificant effect on financial performance while Money Supply significantly affects performance. In presence of prudential regulations that  dictates the  capital buffer, Central Bank Rate, Money Supply have an insignificant moderating effect on the relationship with performance of listed banks while inflation has a significant effect. The results indicated that the CBK should ensure Money Supply is regulated as it affects performance of commercial banks. In the case of capital adequacy banks should engage other profitable ventures as opposed to putting so much capital buffer. This is because in periods of inflation such buffers become depleted and as such lowers the financial performance of commercial banks.

Abstract:  The background in the research is the lack of attention from the leader that causes negligence or lack of employee discipline, lack of teamwork and lack of employee responsibility in completing work given by the leader, and the lack of support obtained by employees for career paths in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of motivation mediating the influence of transformational leadership styles on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in the Province of Bali. The number of samples taken was 56 employees with the method used was saturated. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis, single analysis and VAF analysis.

The results found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation positively and significantly mediates the effect of Transformational Leadership on employee performance. The implications of this research are expected to be able to lead to innovation and creativity of subordinates in doing work and leaders are able to provide encouragement to employees so that enthusiasm in work so that employees are able to increase their contribution and performance in order to create more effective and efficient work results.

Abstract: Internet service users in Indonesia are growing rapidly. Indihome is one of the many internet service providers. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of product quality on brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions, brand image on purchasing decisions, and the role of brand image in mediating the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. The theory used in this research is product quality, brand image and purchasing decisions. Product quality is the ability of a product to fulfill its function. Brand image is a perception of a brand that is in the minds of consumers. Purchasing decisions are the various processes that consumers go through in buying a product. This research was conducted on consumers of Indihome Products domiciled in Denpasar City. The sample size was taken as many as 120 people with probability sampling method with cluster sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 12 indicators. The analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple test.

The results of the study suggest that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image. This study also found that each product quality variable and brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, in addition to that brand image also significantly mediated the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions. This shows that the better the brand image and product quality provided, the better purchasing decisions on Indihome Products will be.

Abstract: The main current focus of supply chain management (SCM) world-wide is the creation of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between a company and other participants in the supply chain. Strategic partnerships are a key factor in the effectiveness of the business of a company as a whole. The study intended to determine the influence of contextual factors on the logistical performance of sugar manufacturing firms in western region. The study used both primary and secondary data collection instruments. Primary instruments included the use of structured and unstructured questionnaires. Secondary instruments involved acquiring information from the already existing records from the sugar manufacturing firms and any other public available information that is already documented. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in data analysis using SPSS software. Karl Pearson’s zero order coefficient of correlation (Pearson Product Moment Correlation or simple correlation) was used to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between Contextual factors on logistic performance of sugar manufacturing firms in western region.  Simple regression analysis was used to model the relationship between logistic outsourcing and performance of sugar manufacturing firms. The relationship between contextual factors and the logistics performance of sugar manufacturing firms follow a regression model of the nature P= α + β₁ CF + e. The findings were presented using tables and crossbar tabulations. The outcome was positive correlation between logistic outsourcing and performance of sugar manufacturing firms. The findings are of importance to the Government of Kenya, shareholders, employees and customers of sugar manufacturing firms. Further, the findings form a basis of future research by interested parties in future.
