Abstract: In India, majority of the population resides in rural communities. The development of all aspects within rural communities is vital for the effective development of the country. These include, education, employment opportunities, infrastructure, housing, civic amenities and the environmental conditions. Furthermore, rural individuals need to be aware of all modern and innovative methods and techniques that are vital to augment productivity. Within the country, the rural communities are still in an underdeveloped state. The individuals are residing in the conditions of poverty, they are illiterate and unemployed. Due to these factors, they are unable to sustain their living conditions in an appropriate manner. It is essential to formulate programs, schemes and measures that have the main objective of bringing about improvements in rural communities. The main areas that have been taken into account in this research paper include, concept of rural development, approaches to rural development, problems experienced by rural individuals, programs initiated by the Government for rural development. Agriculture marketing system has undergone several changes over the last 60 years owing to the increased marketed surplus, increase in urbanization and income levels and consequent changes in the pattern of demand for marketing services; increase in linkages with distant and overseas markets. The main objective of agriculture marketing is to reduce the cost of marketing. Use of information and communication technology (ICT) in agricultural sector can be called as e-Agriculture or e-Agribusiness. Digitalization will change every part of agri food chain but require major transformations in farming, rural economics, and marketing of produce. The application of ICT in agriculture has positive effects for farmers in terms of accessing market information and promoting agricultural products. In digital world, we can revolutionize agriculture market end to end digitally. CT helps small farm holders to find multiple buyers for producer who are willing to pay high price. Small holders deal with only handful buyers who either pickup directly from them. Use of mobile application providing price information to farmers can reduce market distortions. In the Global scenario in Kenya m-Farm mobile applications are enabling collective sales where users can find location of farmers, input dealers, buyers, warehouse for storage, credit etc and it reported that farmers are receiving higher prices in market. In China’s agricultural industry, traditionally farmers plan their crop based on sales of previous season. With Alibaba’s flash sale and marketing platform ‘Juhuasuan’ it’s virtual farming feature “Jutudi” allowing farmers access to consumer sales data so that they can more accurately plan crops based on current consumer trends. It lets consumer’s pre order agriculture products before harvest. It directly works with cooperatives and farmers to bypass middlemen. Uzhavan app by government of Tamilnadu for marketing of produce as one of service offered and many other digital apps by other state government for letting the farmers get to know about the timely and proper information for the crop production and the market details. This article gives idea about current digital services in marketing of agriculture produce.

Abstract: Local governments in Anambra state are mandated to provide services for accelerated development and does this through bureaucratic procedures outlined by Max Weber.  However, its bureaucratic machineries rather than fueling development programmes through public service delivery is said to have hindered the growth expected. This study was therefore to, identify bureaucratic challenges that the local government areas encounters in service delivery and identify the extent to which these challenges impact on services to the people of the Local Government Area.  The study adopted descriptive design. Sample size of 210 was determined using Taro Yamen of 1964. Two sets of questionnaires were designed and administered i.e. one for the inhabitants/clients of the area and the other for employees of the selected local government, so as to capture both the views of the inhabitants/client of the local government area and the employees of the local government. The 152 suitably answered and recovered questionnaire were analyzed through the use of tables, bar graphs and pie charts, to depict the demographic characteristics, bureaucratic variables that influence service delivery, as well as the views, and opinions of respondents on service delivery by the local government area. Related literature on local government bureaucracy and service delivery were reviewed. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested to guide the study. The study revealed among others that even though there is a clear practice of division of labour, departments lack technical equipment to effectively coordinate their activities, thereby resulting in delays in meeting the expectation of clients and inhabitant. These are; lack of viable sources of revenue, mismanagement, joint account, undue interference from state government. The study concluded by recommending that local government should be made to go through bureaucratic reforms and offer its staff regular training programmes on customer care and satisfaction. It is also to provide adequate offices to enhance service delivery.

Abstract: Physical facilities constitute an important factor resource for the implementation of educational programmes in Ekiti state. Its management is very important because when physical facilities are poorly managed, the desired educational objectives will not be achieved. Tertiary institutions in Ekiti state presently and in all ramifications appear to have been bedeviled with physical facility related problems. Based on the pilot survey carried out by the researcher revealed that the prevailing circumstance in virtually all the tertiary institutions in Ekiti State are overcrowded hostels, unconducive classroom as most floors and walls are found dilapidated and hazardous. This research is aimed at evaluating the maintenance management of physical facilities in tertiary institutions in Ekiti State with a view of developing effective and efficient maintenance management procedures for improvement. The methodology involved survey design, review of related literature, two sets of structured questionnaires, direct observations and walkthrough evaluations. The population for this study covered the selected 144 building structures in the selected institutions, 8,036 students and the 3,041 staff who have adequate knowledge and experience of both maintenance management and condition of buildings in the selected institution and this give a total of 11,074 populations. The sample size of 386 was judged to be representative of the total population and was selected using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data was analyzed using frequencies, percentages and mean scores. The hypotheses for this study were tested using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study revealed that, the nature and types of buildings in the institution comprised of laboratories, workshops, hostel blocks, lecture theaters, classroom blocks, auditorium, libraries, clinical sciences building, offices and others. The study revealed that, Lack of maintenance culture, poor design and construction, function and use of buildings, wear and tear, fungal/termite attack, poor funding and aging are some of the factors responsible for deterioration of buildings in the institution. The study further recommended that foundation for building maintenance culture should be practiced at the grassroots levels, in various family homes, schools, offices, in order to provide the bedrock for our children and youths to appreciate and practice maintenance of basic things found in various homes and schools. There is need to intensify the maintenance of buildings in the study organization.   This recommend, that the maintenance staff should be more committed in the management and maintenance of buildings in the selected institutions.

Abstract: This research is aimed at evaluating the maintenance management of physical facilities in tertiary institutions of learning in Niger State. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The population for this study covered the selected 93 building structures in the three institutions (Federal University of Technology, Minna, Fedral Polytechnic, Bida and Federal College of Education Kontagora) 9,331 students and the 3586 staff who have adequate knowledge and experience of both maintenance management and condition of buildings in the selected institution and this give a total of 12,917 populations. A sample of 392 participants was used for this study. The data generated for this study was analyzed with appropriate statistical techniques. The techniques included frequency, percentages and mean score. All analysis was done using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20. It is observed from the study that lack of building maintenance and management decision play an important role in the physical condition of buildings which in turn affected staff productivity and students’ academic achievements. It can also be concluded from the study that building maintenance is an area of study that has been a neglected sector of the construction industry universally and for this reason, the performance of tertiary educational buildings in terms of their maintenance and management are far below best practices. The study recommended a proactive approach to maintenance should be adopted, the reactive approach is not suitable especially as human lives are involved. Maintenance department should provide models and other approaches or framework of effective implementation of building maintenance process. There is need to post maintenance staff to students’ hostel blocks, classroom blocks, Faculty buildings; library complex, theater complex and offices who will closely monitoring the conditions of buildings.

Abstract: The advanced education framework in India is one of the biggest on the planet with 51,649 foundations. The enrolments have likewise observed a huge four-crease increment. Notwithstanding the expanded access, challenges remain. Lacking financing, illiteracy, overall guidelines, low employability of graduates and low quality of educators plague the area. This paper offers validated conceptual Malaysian UotF business model with focus on international community engagement programmes. The value proposition of the conceptual business model is to enhance the wellbeing of B40 young women in India through humanising digital entrepreneurship education activities and harnessing on the digital capability. The design and system thinking approach has been adapted in this paper to address the wellbeing issues of the Indian B40 young women through understanding their need, and then followed by building conceptual business models using modelling tools, i.e. Business model canvas (BMC) and Value proposition design canvas (VPC). The approach includes conducting literature review and interviews for understanding the needs, challenges and key problems; formulating and ideating initial business model options in solving the problems; and validation of the initial business model by interviewing the various customer segments. The objective is to enhance the wellbeing of B40 young women with decent jobs and stimulate economic growth by humanising digital entrepreneurship programme.

Abstract: The study examined the impact of financial reporting and information disclosure on bank capital and banks liquidity level. Despite the regulatory provision for information disclosure in the Nigerian banking industry by the regulatory authorities and the enforcement of strict compliance by banks, the sector still encounters distress. The objective of the study is therefore to ascertain if bank compliance on financial reporting and regulatory information disclosure in the Nigerian banking industry have a significant impact on shareholders funds and the level of bank deposit. The study made use of the survey research design which involved the use of primary method of data collection. Respondents for the study were chosen from the shareholders and depositors of the selected banks. The data collected was analyzed through the use of chi-square. The findings revealed that bank compliance on financial reporting and information disclosure has a significant impact on bank capital and bank liquidity position. It is therefore recommended that an Early Warning System mechanism should be put in place by the regulatory authorities to identify banks that do not comply with the financial reporting and information disclosure guidelines, in order to ascertain when a bank is facing problem than coming up too late to declare a bank insolvent or distressed.

Abstract: Audit quality is a situation where an auditor will find and report discrepancies that occur against a principle in the financial statements. Based on SPAP, audits conducted by the auditor can be of quality if they meet the requirements and auditing standards. A good audit report will produce satisfactory audit quality if a public accountant or independent auditor can carry out his duties by holding professional principles. Audit quality can be used to detect fraud or errors in a financial statement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence, Auditor Experience, Accountability and Time Budget Pressure on Audit Quality. This research was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm in Bali Province registered in the IAPI directory in 2019 with a population of 101 auditors. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturation sample technique and the total sample obtained was 48 auditor samples at 14 public accounting firms. The results showed that competence, auditor experience, and accountability had a positive effect on audit quality whereas time budget pressure had a negative effect on audit quality. This shows the increasing competence, experience and accountability possessed by the auditor, the audit quality increases while, the higher the time budget pressure aimed at the auditor, the lower the audit quality produced by the auditor.

Abstract: There is a growing trend when it comes to inclusive tourism which is tourism for all regardless of one situation. The study explored if the restaurants in Silang Cavite complies to the universal guidelines on inclusive tourism. There are two selected restaurants in the study which are the Domino’s Pizza and the Hap Chan Restaurant. The study is qualitative in method and used direct observation and interview as the instrument of the study the result shows that that Domino’s Pizza completely follows the recommended universal guidelines on inclusive tourism in terms of basic access considerations, entrances and doors and food service and retails and does not fully follow the recommended guidelines and lacks on the pathways and roads due to the lack of handrail, restroom due to the lack of signages going to the restroom, and parking due to the lack of biking storage. While the Hap chance completely follows on entrances and doors and does not fully follow the recommended guidelines on Basic Access considerations due to lack of security guard and the pathway inside the restaurant, Pathways and Roads due to the lack of handrails and transition step, Restroom due to the door mechanism which is inward, food service and retail due to the height of the counter and seating arrangement and parking due to the lack of bike storage.

Abstract: Getting employees to be consistent in showing positive work behaviour as a means for attaining strategic goals is a dominant discourse contemporarily. This study therefore examined work centrality orientation among employees as predictor of corporate agility in the fast food and restaurant sector in Port Harcourt. The study through a cross-sectional design, used the questionnaire instrument to generate data from a sample of 143 respondents that were selected primarily with stratified random sampling method. The instrument was validated and showed reliability Cronbach alpha of 0.73. The data obtained were analyzed using the Pearson Statistic. The results indicate that work centrality relates positively and significantly with corporate agility especially in rapid response to market needs. The study therefore conclude that work centrality elicit extra role that strengthen and facilitate strategic attempt at prompt and timely service delivery. It was recommended amongst other that managers should ensure work climate that instigate a psycho-social behaviour that consistently support efforts at goals.

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to identify the internal controlling’s impact, obligation on accounting’s regulations, and individual morality in accounting fraud tendency. This research commenced at Village Credit Institute of Gianyar District on the head of Village Credit Institute, chamberlain, secretary along with the monetary staff. With “Purposive Sampling” is applied, the amount of sample used is 128 people. The data gathering supported by a questioner. Furthermore, the analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The analysis result represents that internal court, obligation on accounting’s regulations, and individual morality has its disadvantages on accounting fraud tendency. On the other hand, if internal control effectively applied, the level of obedience to accounting rules and individual morality is on a hiking point, the tendency of accounting fraud will be decreasing.

Abstract: In December of 2019, the world was hit by a deadly virus-Covid 19. To contain its spread, many countries locked down economies which resulted into an economic crisis. This has created challenges for micro and small enterprises triggering disruptions which pose threats to business resilience. It was conceptualized that alliance orientation mediated by competitive advantage promotes firm resilience. Using structural equations modeling, responses from 308 business operators from Uganda owning micro and small enterprises under alliances where analyzed.  Results from the study indicated that there is a positive relationship between alliance orientation and competitive advantage of a firm. Additionally findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between competitive advantage and firm resilience. The study findings also indicated that competitive advantage plays a positive mediating role on the relationship between alliance orientation and firm resilience. However study findings indicated that alliance orientation doesn’t directly influence on firm resilience.

Abstract: Ii Agency conflict can cause a decline in the company's financial performance. Agency theory states that the application of corporate governance can minimize agency conflicts and can improve corporate financial performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance on financial performance with company size as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on companies listed in the Kompas 100 index in 2017-2018. The sample research method used was purposive sampling. The number of companies that met the criteria was 74 companies with 148 observations. Data analysis techniques used are confirmatory factor analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study note that corporate governance and company size have a positive effect on the company's financial performance. The study also found that company size strengthened the influence of corporate governance on the company's financial performance. The results of this study support the agency theory which states that the application of corporate governance can improve corporate spatial performance.

Abstract: This paper aimed to investigate the role of information technology on the organization's effectiveness in the Jordanian industrial companies. The study also attempted to determine the role of demographic variables (gender, qualifications, experience, and career level) in enhancing the organization's effectiveness. The researchers used quantitative method and collected data using field survey method (E-distributed survey and Zoom interviews). The questionnaire was distributed to 120 respondents comprising of directors, coordinators, and head of department, office manager, team leader, engineer, accountant, administrative officer, treasurer, administrative assistant, technician, and controller. A total of 89 of questionnaires returned were valid for analysis, a response rate of 74.2%. The findings showed that there is a role of information technology on each dimension of the organization's effectiveness. The role for information technology through databases in enhancing production and sales growth while other dimensions (networks, hardware and software, skill and experience) did not show any role in enhancing production, which is one of the dimensions of the organization's effectiveness. There is a role for information technology in promoting quality in all its dimensions except (skill and experience). There was a major role for information technology through the two dimensions of skill and experience as well as networks in promoting adaptation, which is one of the dimensions of the organization’s effectiveness.

Abstract: Organizational commitment is a condition where loyal employees work in an organization. Organizational commitment owned by employees can maximize the achievement the goals of the organization. Human resources are the main assets of the company, employees in the company are expected to have high organizational commitment. Evaluation and analysis are carried out internally within the storehouse of PT. Putra Dewata Sejati in Denpasar shows that there is still need to improve the aspects of human resources in an effort to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction to influence the organizational justice and organizational culture on organizational commitment, research conducted at the storehouse of PT. Putra Dewata Sejati in Denpasar. The number of samples used was 107 people using the proportional random sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture had a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture had a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction partially mediate the effect of justice organizational commitment to organizational commitment, and job satisfaction partially mediate the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment. The findings in this study provide the implication that to increase organizational commitment of employees, companies can give lessons about the importance of loyalty values ​​in the company and routinely carry out promotions. The company can also provide rewards in accordance with the level of work of employees and superiors need to pay attention to the company's long-term goals.

Abstract: The technology of using kuta mimba mobile is a way to facilitate members of Kuta Mimba cooperatives in making payment transactions and transfers between cooperative accounts. The purpose of this study aims to empirically examine the interests of members of the Kuta Mimba Cooperative in using kuta mimba mobile. This research was conducted at the Kuta Mimba Cooperative in the Kuta and Legian Branch Offices. The population in this study was 253 respondents. The number of respondents analyzed was 155 people, using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the perceived of usefulness, perceived of ease of use and level of trust have a positive effect on the interest in using kuta mimba mobile.
