Abstract: Software project management refers to a compilation of methods and ways to develop and deliver a wide range of software products. Although software project managers use a variety of methods to create and update software, only a few of these methods consider ethical issues that arise during the software planning and development processes. This is despite software project managers being involved in situations that give rise to serious ethical concerns. In view of this, this paper will address ethical dilemmas in software management and give the ways that ACS codes of ethics can be used to address these ethical concerns.

Abstract: Today governments and the private sector all over the world, recognize the influence of strategic orientation on perceived performance as a key strategy under entrepreneurship development. Firms are encouraged to become entrepreneurial in order to enhance their performance under regional integration regimes. Regionalization is the coming together of nations, to attain goals which cannot be achieved in isolation. Regionalization results in expanded markets, which is a challenge to manufacturing organizations, as the case of organizations in Malaysia. Strategic orientation is recognized as a remedy to the challenge. This paper adopted qualitative and quantitative exploratory research design and sample included of 138 organizations, in the field of five sub-sectors of manufacturing organizations located in Kuala Lumpur. The result represented that Malaysia’s perceived organizations performance is significantly impacted by strategic orientation. This paper deduced that Malaysia’s manufacturing organizations concentrated on improvement their performance urgently need through adopting strategic orientation.

Abstract: The Government maintains three funds viz. Consolidated Fund, Public Debt and Contingency Fund. Consolidated Fund is the Main source of finance for the government activities. The various policies and programmes of the government are continued with the expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund. The consolidated funds are raised by the government through Income tax, corporation tax, Central Excise and custom duty and the government also collects non-tax revenues like Railway transport, posts & telecommunication under the consolidated funds. These funds are classified in to revenue and capital heads of accounts and disbursement through the same. In this paper an attempt is made to examine revenue collection and disbursement under consolidated funds Government of Assam. Moreover, it also endeavours to study the Trend of total Revenue, tax revenue and non tax revenue of the government of Assam.

Abstract: Small to Medium Enterprise sector world over have been the driving force behind economic development. Women entrepreneurship in Malaysia has stood the test of time, however, the majority of these women driven enterprises have showed marginal growth signs. Given the absence of growth amongst women entrepreneurs, research aimed to consider financial management (FM) strategies by women entrepreneurs. The study recognized challenges confronted by women entrepreneurs in managing their finances of business. This paper result is shown that entrepreneurs must understand that growth and enterprise survival are fruitless without suitable FM and must searching for suitable investment management and training to effectively use financial resources.

Abstract: Software as a service (SaaS) is a newly developed software delivery model. This paper discussed the implications of services, SaaS, outsourcing, and economic perspectives of running SaaS business model. Subscripting SaaS service will allow organization to save their IT investment on infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and personnel costs. SaaS providers play the role of outsourcing vendors who offer the contracting service to their clients by charging a monthly fee. Adopting SaaS business model (i.e., pay-per-use charging) could save companies a tremendous amount of IT expenses. The results of this study can provide IT professionals certain expectations on delivering outsourcing method and also keeping IT jobs on board.

Abstract: The purpose of this research paper is to find out the relationship between the Competitors, their strategic Alliance and its effect on the customer satisfaction. The sample data were collected from about one hundred and fifty people working in the Electronic Marketing of local and foreign companies in Pakistan. Questionnaires consisting of standardized scales using 5.0 likert scales were self administered. The result revealed that the Strategic Alliance between two competitors and their mutual coordination have a very pertinent and significant impact on the customer satisfaction. The strategic Alliance of Competitors is a vital solution for the Electronic Marketing companies in the developing countries like Pakistan, Malaysia, India, Iran etc.  The result also revealed that the Strategic Alliance of Marketing have more Positive Effect on the customer satisfaction than the self arranged marketing by them. Similarly the Impact of Strategic Alliance Marketing on Future Growth in respect of customer satisfaction is very excellent. Implications for the Marketing Manager and Competitors have been discussed along with limitations of the studies and direction for future research.
