Abstract: This paper presents fundamental results in game theory and their application to wireless communications and networking. It provides a foundational understanding of the current research on game theory. The application  of mathematical analysis to wireless sensor networks has met with limited success, due to the complexity of mobility and traffic models, coupled with the dynamic topology and the unpredictability of link quality that characterize such networks. The ability to model individual, independent decision makers whose actions potentially affect all other decision makers’. Game theory is particularly an attractive field to analyze the performance of sensor networks.

Game theory is a field of applied mathematics that describes and analyzes interactive decision situations. It consists of a set of analytical tools that predict the outcome of complex interactions among rational entities, where rationality demands a strict adherence to a strategy based on perceived or measured results. There has been growing interest in adopting game-theoretic methods to model today’s leading communications and networking issues, including power control and resource sharing in wireless and peer-to-peer networks. Also we discussed the challenges and limitations in the application of game theory to the analysis of wireless sensor networks and major game theoretic models.

Abstract: It can be said that developing creative thinking skills is the key to educational success. “Creativity is the ability to imagine or invent something new. Creativity is not the ability to create out of nothing, but the ability to generate new ideas by combining, changing, or reapplying existing ideas”(Harris, 1998). In science education, there are several general creative thinking tests which have been designed to evaluate how much students have gained the three creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility and originality) from learning. There are no specific creativity tests for subjects such as Physics. This paper will describe as part of a bigger study a Physics creativity test was prepared for Iraqi second-grade intermediate students. Building upon the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking Tests (TTCT) and various other creative thinking tests in science education creative thinking test was prepared specifically for Iraqi physics students in the second-grade intermediate level. This test of creative thinking has been examined in terms of validity and reliability. The result indicated that the creative thinking test has appropriate validity and reliability and the test can be applied successfully.

Abstract: Kersting’s groundnut starch was isolated, chemically modified by oxidation using Sodium hypochlorite, NaOCl and subsequently characterized. The physicochemical properties of the oxidized starch were attributed to its granular size and shape and molecular structure. Oxidation occurred mainly in the amorphous region and oxidation level in terms of carbonyl group content which was largely dependent on the degree of crystallinity and the degree of polymerization. It was shown that the swelling power and solubility of the oxidized starch increased with increasing temperature. Water and oil absorption capacities revealed that hydrophilic tendency was greater than hydrophobic potentials. Gelation increased with increase in concentration of the oxidized starch and least gelation concentration was 6%. Comparing native and oxidized values, highest pasting temperature was obtained for native starch and highest peak viscosity value for oxidized starch (Pv) during heating, highest value of breakdown (Pv – Tv) was also recorded for oxidized starch. Gel clarity value for oxidized starch was 9.08% transmittance.

Abstract: A nonlinear semi-organic single crystal of γ-Glycine has been grown by slow-evaporation method. Well developed good quality crystal of size 13X11X10mm3 was harvested. The cell parameters of the grown crystal were estimated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  The presence of functional group was identified from FT-IR spectrum. The UV absorption spectra of this crystal show the cut off wavelength. Thermal analysis (TGA/DTA) was performed to study the thermal stability of the grown crystal.  Vickers micro hardness and photo conductivity were carried on the well-developed crystal to study its mechanical strength and field dependent current. The dielectric response of the sample is studied as a function of frequency and temperature.

Abstract: Mechanic workshops are one of the major reasons for the environmental influx of heavy metals in the environment. The accumulation and partitioning of Cadmium, Chromium, Copper, Lead, Zinc and Manganese in Azadirachta indica plants growing on two mechanic workshops (Dass park and Mechanic village) and one control site (farm land) within Bauchi Metropolis were therefore studied, using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, in order to find out  their phytoaccumulation potentials. The weighted mean of the metals in the Azadirachta indica plants growing on Dass Park was as follows: Cu (86.87mg/kg)>Zn (63.18mg/kg) >Mn (57.33mg/kg)> (Pb17.04mg/kg)>Cr(7.55mg/kg)>Cd (2.71mg/kg), while in Mechanic Village, the order was: Cu (63.78mg/kg)>Zn(63.44mg/kg)>Pb (31.45mg/kg) >Mn (31.37mg/kg)>Cr (8.05mg/kg) >Cd (1.80mg/kg). The weighted means of the various metals under investigation in the mechanic workshops were higher than those obtained in the control site, but were all within the normal range in soils, except for Cd. ANOVA results showed that significant differences in the metals studied existed among some of the aerial parts of the studied plant. The average concentration factors of Azadirachta indica in the six elements studied at both contaminated sites were in the order: Cu (0.94)>Zn (0.34)>Mn (0.25) >Pb (0.15)>Cr (0.13)> Cd (0.12). The accumulation ability of Azadirachta indica for metals except Cd and Cr were observed to be moderate and high for Cu.

Abstract: In the modern world the progress of science has changed all the spheres of life: social, economical, and political etc... The advancement of physical comfort has raised the level of human happiness and his endless desires have given birth to various problems. Attempting to solve these troubles the misled man has become self centred and developed nuclear and dangerous weapons, polluted the green earth environment, and nourished a criminal world. As the consequence human survival on this blue planet has become full of peril. The religion can play a great role to check the negative aspect of scientific development. In this work it is exposed that the consciousness is the bridge between science and religion. The interplay of consciousness between the two bastions is imperative to create social prosperity and a peaceful world. In such a unified environment, science can cleanse religion from errors and superstitions, and religion can purify science from idolatry and false absolutes. Each can draw the other into a wider vision; a world in which both can flourish.

Abstract: 2-hydroxy 3, 5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HDMBTSC) used as a novel chromogenic organic reagent for  the determination of  Molybdenum (VI) with spectrophotometry. The novel chromogenic reagent 2-hydroxy 3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HDMBTSC)   form green  coloured complexe with Molybdenum(VI). The colour complexe shows maximum absorption at lmax 406 nm. The beer’'s  law validity range is 0.3838 to 2.399  (µg/ml) and   optimum concentration range is 0.5757 to 2.0151  (µg/ml).The molar absorptivity and sandell"s sensitivity  2.93 x104 L.mol-1.cm-1 and 0.00326 mg/cm2 respectively. The Molybdenum(VI) forms M:L(I:I) colour complexe with  HDMBTSC and stability constant of the complex was found to be 2.17x106. This developed method was  applied for the determination of  Molybdenum(VI) in pharmaceutical  samples  with  good results  as compared with certified  refrence  results.

The mathematically formulated problem is solved using the direct integration method for solving partial differential equations. Abstract: This problem describes model of dwelling selection, using fuzzy matrix theory. Two types of buildings are under consideration: traditional single flat dwelling house and loft flat dwelling house. Four alternatives of cooling system are taking into account; fan based cooling, air cooler based cooling, windows AC based and split AC based systems. Alternatives are described by criteria set. Values of the criteria are determined by simulation and according to the statistic. Fuzzy matrix games theory applied for decision aiding. The problem solution result shows that fuzzy matrix games theory is appropriate for such purpose.

Abstract: Bicycle wheel isn't necessary a mean transport, when it move freely it can be regarded as a pendulum which combines among properties of bicycles and pendulums at the same time, it's general construction and methods of building  is similar to bicycles but it behaves as pendulums, it can make rotational, oscillation, transitional and random motion , it's time of full oscillation can be calculated easily and it is in direct relation with the length of rods, angle of oscillation and number of rods, using this time and pendulum's properties as rotational symmetry and groups of rods we can make  a bicycle wheel which work at maximum efficiency, we can also study equilibrium of forces practically and other applications.

Abstract: In this paper it is studied how the statistical parameters of the individual spectral bands (standard deviations, mean values and correlation coefficient between the near infrared and red band) control the histogram of the Normalized Differences Vegetation Index (NDVI), which is widely used in environmental remote sensing. The basic idea of the whole approach is that as long as the standard deviation of the NDVI values increases, the tonality contrast of the NDVI image improves and the vegetation cover is more clearly mapped. Using proper bivariate Gaussian distributions to describe the histograms of the individual bands, it is shown that the width of the NDVI histogram increases with the standard deviations of the two individual bands and decreases with the correlation coefficient between the bands. It is also shown that the standard deviation of the NDVI presents a weaker decay tendency with the correlation coefficient than the modified simple band ratio does. The results and conclusions of this study may be useful in assessing the performance of the NDVI in environmental research (land cover mapping).
