Abstract: Spa tourism in Malaysia is a potential new growth area for the national income but it still consider new and developing in spa industry. People travel to Malaysia for health reasons are observed steadily increased. Spa industry in Malaysia is in a positive and fastest growth trend especially among domestic visitors. Therefore, the factors of influencing the behavioural intention of domestic visitors to visit spa is important and needed to explore since domestic visitors are the biggest customer group in Malaysia. However, recreation businesses found to be the main channels for the commercial sex especially massage and spa always used to cover the illicit activities. Trace back the spa history, spa industry has always been linked to the commercial sex. The nasty connotation not only happened in other countries but also in Malaysia. Since illicit activities flux through spa industry, data collection on domestic tourists' behavioural intention to go to spa is a big challenge in Malaysia. Thus, the research method is very essential on unethical behaviour study among Malaysian population. The goal of this paper is to explore the research method for producing a representative sample on unethical behaviour study in Malaysia. The respondents in this study were obtained using a Metropolis-Hastings Random Walk (MHRW) method on finding random sample from Facebook to overcome the bias data from traditional mode for online social networking. This study found that online research method in Facebook is applicable on spa subject in Malaysia although involved the unethical behaviour topic. This method able to recruit those has significance characteristics of Malaysia internet users found by Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission.

Abstract: Our work is exploratory in nature and is designed to give a snap shot of current attitudes and beliefs of a specific population toward police. In this article we present descriptive findings from a household survey of low income African Americans living in public housing. Given the recent protests over police treatment of African Americans, it is important to get a current measure of African American perceptions of police. We question if the incidents of police violence around the country will cause negative attitudes toward police, and, thereby, damaging police-community relations. In addition, we measure levels of fear of crime and feelings of safety.

Abstract: As digital age features opportunities and complex challenges in adult and continuing education, as it probably does in other disciplines, there is a need for practitioners to understand the discipline for generating innovative ways to help the discipline survive the change pressure in South Africa, and probably the world over; and this is the focus of this conceptual paper.

Abstract: Woman in India is characterised in different forms - as mother, wife, deity, Shakti etc. But the position of woman has undergone noticeable changes from period to period. During Vedic period woman had equal status with man and that period is considered as the golden age of woman. From the position of a deity woman’s position has been degraded as that of a Devadasi. This paper focuses on the position of Indian woman from the Vedic period to the present day. It is also highlights the attempts of government at different times to empower woman.

Abstract: Health status through self-reported health indicators is examined in this paper. The objective is to identify the determinants of self-reported health status indicators. In addition to OLS estimates of the probability of illness production function, Maximum Likelihood Probit and Logit estimates are used. Illness probability of husband is reduced by his education and increased by his age. Similar results are observed using the dependent variable ‘days lost’ due to illness. Husband’s education has a positive effect on ‘amount spent’ on health care. Wife’s education has a negative effect on her illness probability. Wife’s age is found to have a significant relationship with her illness probabilities. Wife’s education and age have positive impacts on her ‘amount spent’ to cure illness.
Keywords: Self-reported health indicators, OLS, Maximum likelihood probit and logit.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine the interrelationship between government expenditure and tax revenue for India. These variables are important from a policy point of view, especially for a country like India, which is suffering from persistent budget deficits. Although a number of studies have shed light on this issue using Granger causality tests, the present study attempts to quantify various feedback between revenue and expenditure in Indian context. The findings of this paper should allow policy makers to make informed decisions. The unit-root test and Granger causality test are used to conduct the empirical analysis. The Granger’s test suggests unidirectional causality flowing from tax revenues to total expenditure of the government. The outcome of the Granger test was found to be sensitive to the number of lags introduced in the model. To conclude, from the perspective of policy making and the deficit solution debate, raising taxes in India is perhaps the optimal solution to the current budget deficit predicament.

Abstract: Countries implementing health insurance schemes as social security systems are constantly confronted with the issue of long term sustainability as citizens continue to reap the enormous benefits of such healthcare financing systems. A review of existing literature and data were used to assess the benefits of the mandatory national health insurance system in the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the potential effects of its intrinsic tenets on the long term sustainability of the system.
Methods: The paper was conducted through an exploration of literature on electronic databases such as PubMed, WHO discussion papers and Google Scholar in December, 2014/January, 2015. The thematic areas for the search included ‘health insurance in Korea’, effects of Korea’s health insurance’ and health insurance challenges in Korea. Abstracts from discussion papers, and descriptive studies were reviewed and an extensive review of full papers were further conducted.
Results: Findings from nine publications from the year 2001 to 2012 met the criteria for this narrative review. It was observed that mandatory subscription and rigorous government interventions have led to a 99% health insurance coverage in (ROK). The benefit packages include benefit in kind which focuses on medical treatment components and benefit in cash which focus on reimbursement and rehabilitation to avert catastrophic health expenditure. The health insurance system has contributed to general improvement in health conditions, effective resource allocation and it has become a benchmark for multi-payer health insurance implementation in other countries. However, the long term sustainability might be hindered by a rapidly ageing population, growing health expenditure and dominance of private healthcare providers.
Conclusion: Though the successes gained by the health insurance system cannot be underrated, it is downright misleading if not completely false to assert that there are no threats in terms of long term sustainability.

Abstract: One of the most poor people categories is orphans. They are the most suffering people in the world. They neither have strong family background nor shelter home. As human, they need basic needs to survive in this world. Orphans are lack of basic needs which is very important for them to grow up properly. A business model canvas BMC best describe how they can get all the facilities by help of local society, different organizations and government. In this BMC, it will show how orphans will get basic needs that will help them to grow up entirely. It will also open our minds and hearts to the extreme suffering orphans endure every day and will encourage us to provide privileges, relief and education to them. If they get proper facilities and grow up with proper education they can be valuable asset for a country. Otherwise, they can be burden for a country.

Abstract: This paper investigates about the Conditions of women education post 9/11 event in Kabul City, the capital of Afghanistan. Kabul is the most populous city of Afghanistan. In 2012 its total population was about 289,000 which rose to 3,678,034 in the year 2015. Afghanistan has been one of the countries that have been dominated by instability and conflicts and the education for Afghan women remains deplorable, despite rigorous efforts to improve their freedom, rights and quality of life. Pre 9/11 event, Afghanistan’s education indicators have always been low (literacy rates have not risen above 25 percent in the last three decades) and the state’s role in the provision of education has always been limited. Historically, mosques have been the main provider of education for children. Since the Unites States led alliance toppled the Taliban led government in November 2001, women in Afghanistan have gained greater freedom to participate in public life and have better access to education, health care, and employment. After 9/11, there has been some improvements in the educational sector of Afghanistan particularly Kabul City in the last decade. The number of student’s enrolment has increased since 2002. The percentage of girls in primary schools has significantly increased according to 2011 data. The figures in high schools have also shown remarkable improvement. However, a dramatic increase has occurred in higher education in the years 2001 to 2012. Factors including Social-Cultural Barriers, Insecurity, Poverty, early marriage, Lack of female teachers, etc. were the main obstacles which affected female education.
