Abstract: South African education system has been perceived to have deteriorated down to lower rates in the world. While there might be various factors in play, such as teacher workloads, continuously revised curriculum policies for instance, there seems to be challenges regarding effective implementation of inclusive education in classrooms. With above phenomenon notwithstanding, one wonders how teachers are supported for inclusive class (IE) that benefits both ordinary learners (OLs) and learners with barriers (LEBLs) who are in mainstream schools (MSs). Although the main study engaged qualitative approach and case study design for data collection, questionnaires were also used to small purposefully selected respondents of 5 principals and 15 teachers. This article reports on part of data analysed through SPSS which revealed that: majority of principals and teachers were not proficient enough with IE policy document, they did not receive sufficient training on IE policy and that teachers are overloaded. Authors of this article advocate for teacher informed workshops that can be explored whose focus is to address inclusive classroom needs as experienced by teachers.

Abstract: This article investigates the adversaries of political transition in South Africa. The purpose of the article was to examine the violent episodes of transition between 1990 and 1994, with focus on the tenacity displayed by both the ANC and the National Party in achieving peaceful democracy In South Africa; branding this tenacity and all its challenges as the ‘politics of transition’. The article then shifts its gaze beyond the role of the TRC and its failures, towards the questions of transformation that are currently unfolding in the political dispensation. Accordingly, the article then explores, critically, the major assumptions underlying the capacity of the social and political discourses, in effectively shaping the direction of these questions. Lastly, reflecting with emphasis on the impact of the global community in the attainment of democracy in South Africa.

Abstract: Higher education institution plays an increasingly important role as the major driving force of development in the nation and world at large. This is due to their capacity of doing research and producing skilled people who are very important in the nation in areas such as technology and socioeconomic development. Chinese government has been doing its best to reform higher education sector and the educational system at large. As a result, private education has developed in China and hundreds of private colleges and universities have been opened in response to covering the increasing demand for higher education in the world’s most populous nation. Despite the rapid establishment of these private universities, most Chinese students prefer to be enrolled in the government assisted universities. Using secondary data, this paper discusses the background and development of private universities in China, specifically explaining the reason why most of Chinese students do not prefer private universities. The paper suggests that private universities are important as public universities because they all aim at providing education to students for the betterment of the nation, and therefore recommends the government to offer assistance to private university education in order to offer enough opportunities for Chinese students.

Abstract: drug addiction as a problem among people especially youth are almost in every society. Since human realized the usage of narcotics as natural herb for treatment is so long. Society like Afghanistan in spite of decades of war and its consequences is defer from others. At all the purpose of this paper is to describe a conceptual framework that explains how the drug addiction can occur, together with the field of creation of positive as well as reducing of a negative situation, from viewpoint of drug user in Bamyan province. The paper introduces a new and key aspect of stimulation, to drugs and what has been changed the role of individual motivation in drug addiction. While there has been considerable applied research with quantities & qualitative approach. The man made questioner with LAGRD spectrum was acceptable & has been distributed among 80 drug user with easy to access sampling methods.   From five variable in two parts after analyse of descriptive statistics find it out the increasing of positive situation variables with more mean shown the motivated resulted  to drug addiction of youth rather than decreasing the negative situation variables  in Bamyan province. At all in two major field like (1-reducing negative situation in field of psychology & metabolic-health to drug user and 2- as an increasing positive situation to drug user in field of psychology, metabolic-health & social condition) the second field is more affective in stimulating youth in drug addiction in Bamyan.

Abstract: There is no gain in saying that a movie does wield a tremendous influence in the society. Children and the grown ups are equally exposed to the dangers of the vulgarity and degrading valued of cheap popular cinema, in the guise of entertainment. Cinema has perhaps the greatest potential to be the most effective mass media instrument. Besides proving cheap entertainment for masses, it can easily become a means of mass instruction and mass education. Cinema has certainly some clear advantages over other media. It combines primarily, both audio and video and is thus very appealing to the eyes and the ears. With the development of color cinematography, and stereophonic sound, it is certainly one up on other media. The moral values conveyed through the medium of cinema have a lasting effect on the audience. The audience also has a moral, emotional involvement in the course of events and the roles of various characters, their language and style of speaking does leave an impression on the spectators. The realization of this fact is, perhaps the reason for setting up a censor board which scrutinizes all the scenes that are not likely to corrupt the wells of social morality. But this precaution could not be of any significance today, when we are exposed to the internet where you can treat your eyes to all possible vulgarity and mean, obscene and even pornographic films indiscriminately to the young and the old alike.

Abstract: This study analyzes the influence of strategic planning on organization performance a case of East African court of justice. The objectives of the study are; to identify the effects of ethical practices on performance of East African court of justice, to find out the effect of resource allocation on performance of East African Court of Justice and to determine the effect of budgetary control on performance of the East African Court of Justice. The study adopted a descripto-explanatory research design covering a target population of 26 staffs working at EACJ. The study employed both quantitative and qualitative research in its data analysis. Data collected were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics aided in creating frequency distributions and determining variable significance while inferential statistics was used to establish the relationships between the variables under study. The quantitative data generated will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) computer programme. The study found out indeed strategic planning influences performance of EACJ. The study concluded that budgetary control has a huge influence to the performance of EACJ due to the fact that it triggers EACJ to develop a defined accounting and finance system that takes responsibility of evaluating finance issues as well as to design appropriate budget control systems so as to ensure proper budgetary control. Budgetary control provide the basis of decision making on planning and execution of EACJ’s resource and it requires deposition of resources such as human resources and financial resources as well as enhances EACJ’s profitability, quality service delivery and therefore customers’ satisfaction. Resource allocation plays a critical role on EACJ’s performance and it is supported by the presence of human resources, financial resources, physical resources, technological resources and organizational capabilities which ultimately influence the accomplishment of overall organizational goal as well as customer gratification. In ethical practices, development of ethics policy, strictly laws and preparation of ethical framework and provision of training on code of conduct to employees are significant ingredients to EACJ’s performance. However the study recommends that EACJ management should conduct SWOT analysis in order to understand their strength and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats in the external environment, the court should align its organizational structure to match with the corporate goals. Also the employees should be incorporated in the formulation of corporate goals so as to feel an identity with the goals hence a feeling of ownership which will motivate the operatives in implementing the formulated goals.

Abstract: Ageing is a process whereby deterioration in the body functions takes place and the capacities of the aged to carry on certain functions or the day-to-day routine activities also start declining. The resistance decreases and vulnerability to catch infections and other ailments increases. It is therefore assumed that ageing, morbidity and health status of the aged are inter-related with each other. The concern for the health of the aged also arises due to the fact that there is a definite relationship between the health needs and costs. A sample size of 150 was selected for conducting this study in rural as well as urban elderly population and the study is based on door to door data collection with the help of a suitable questionnaire. Various disorders precipitating body break down include acute illness like pneumonia, heart disease, bone fractures etc.  The data on the mental health indicate that a large number of aged suffer from anxiety (18.07 percent), depression (15.66 percent), sense of alienation (12.19 percent) insomnia (14.66 percent) and feeling of ill tolerance/irritation (11.74 percent). The physical health problems of permanent type in the senior citizens in rural areas include arthritis, asthama, loss of eye sight and loss of hearing and about 62 percent suffered by these problems. Further, about 52.62 percent of urban population go to government dispensary and primary health centre whereas; one third of the total tries self medication.  On the contrary, almost 50 percent of the respondents in the rural sample experiment self medication or treatment through local techniques. With regard to hospitalization when suffering from permanent health problems, the data suggest that only 23 percent were hospitalized. The rural-urban differences indicate more number of rural senior citizens hospitalized in comparison to urban senior citizens.

Abstract: English for Empowerment. This topic mainly emphasizes on the need to prepare students to empower their careers. It is emerging as a key towards better opportunities for common people and policy makers. The students who are proficient in LSRW, the four major language skills gets an impetus at the time of campus recruitments. English provides a way to survive in this global village. Group discussion, debate has become an integral part of the recruitment process of the MNCs. A gradual shift from the traditional approach is taking place. Critical thinking skills, communication skills and social skills encourage alternative methods of assessments and help students transfer the skills to the real world and promote intrinsic motivation to learn. In the wake of increasing globalisation communication and education across the borders English language is the key towards better opportunities for employment. English as a global language has the highest value to empower people in their educational aspirations. And scope in the employment market. In developing countries like India communication patterns changing rapidly posing challenges to the teachers of English as a second language. Abstract: The purpose of the study is to assess the green practices of selected hotels in Tagaytay City. The study determined the demographic profile of the respondents’ difference on their assessment of green practices of the selected hotels. The researchers used the conceptual framework to specifically determine in energy efficiency and conservation, water efficiency and conservation, lighting, hazardous and toxic substances and landscape. The researchers used a quantitative design in the study with survey questionnaires, interview and observation as the data gathering tools. Generally, the study concluded that the three (3) selected hotels in Tagaytay City are always and very often implementing “green” practices particularly in their housekeeping department which utilizes a great percentage of energy and resources among other departments in the hotel.

Abstract: Every management and investor at a different level of information on a company. This study aims to examine the results of whether institutional ownership moderates the influence of information asymmetry on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2017. The number of samples in this study was taken as many as 38 companies by doing nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. Based on the results of the test, it is known that information asymmetry has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, whereas institutional ownership is not able to strengthen the influence of information asymmetry on dividend policy.

Abstract: The attempt by Ghana Government to increase revenue generation has proposed the introduction of five (5) new bills in parliament for deliberation and acceptance. The Communication Service Tax Bill (“CSTB”) is one of five (5) Bills which have recently been approved by Parliament and waiting Presidential assent. The 2019 Amended Communication Service Tax Bill proposed tax rate of 9% an increase of the previous 6% proposed in 2003 which is to be paid together with the communications service charge to communication service providers by consumers of the service. The Bill provides that CST is to be levied on charges payable by a user of an Electronic Communication Service ("ECS") other than private ECS. The persons liable to pay the tax are the users of the service and are supposed to include users who receive ECS from a source outside Ghana. The tax liability is triggered once a person makes any supply ECS regardless of whether or not that person is permitted or authorized to provide ECS.

Abstract: This paper examined the implementation dynamics and its impact on TSA in Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was adopted and convenience sampling technique was employed in selecting 520 employees from finance and administration units in federal government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used in the analysis of data.   Based on the analysis, it was found that there are implementation dynamics that impact on TSA in Nigeria.  Specifically, the implementation challenges facing the TSA in Nigeria among others are lack of sincerity on the part of government, legal barrier, huge revenue earned by Remita, lack of accountability and transparency of Remita and the government.  Though, these challenges have threatened the sincerity and confidence of the TSA.Importantly, it was found that there is significant impact of TSA in Nigeria, which has been felt in areas of reduction in fund embezzlement, misappropriation, leakages and irregularities in ministries, departments and agencies and organizational secrecy relating to the management of public finances in Nigeria.  Based on the findings, it was recommended that the government should improve on the mechanisms of TSA in order to further sustain and promote transparency in the manner in which the funds are generated and expended.  Also, there is the need to revisit the huge revenue earned by Remita and minimizing the legal barriers associated with TSA in Nigeria.

Abstract: Procrastination has been an area of concern for all human beings. We all have experienced procrastination and faced its consequences. Procrastination in the modern world is delaying the task or postponing it to another day. Many a times, we have looked for solutions to not procrastinate. This review paper focusses on understanding different perspectives on procrastination and academic procrastination. It focusses on various theories and meanings explaining the construct of procrastination. It further explains the reasons of academic procrastination and its impact on academic performance. Abstract: In the treatment of anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, cognitive behaviour based hypnotherapy, also known as cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH), is used. This article explains and demonstrates specific techniques. The CBH research is being debated. CBH appears to be at least as effective as therapies for behavioural therapy (BT) and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), incorporating visualisation and relaxation techniques for anxiety disorders. Nonetheless, due to the lack of sufficient studies comparing CBH with BT and CBT, further research is needed. Clinical considerations and recommendations are given for future research.
