According to the American Marketing Association, marketing is "the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives." Globally, the role of mobile brand in increasingly gaining importance in today’s telecom industry.
The aim of this paper is to explore the relationship between Marketing Mix and Customer Satisfaction to using Huawei phone in China. The four dimensions of the Marketing Mix employed in this study are product, price, place, promotion. Telecom Company is seriously considered for these 4Ps activities to ensure that they allocate their resources effectively and efficiently to satisfy the customer. A total of 90 respondents were selected from customers of China who use Huawei phone. The data was input into SPSS and analyzed used an ANOVA Model. ANOVA results indicate that there some hypotheses: results of this study were as follows: H1 show that product and place were significant on Customer satisfaction. In addition, its shows that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between Marketing Mix.
This paper contributes to the theoretical orientation of marketing strategy and discuss about marketing mix (4ps) and also how the marketing mix strategy satisfied the customer. As a global company, Huawei has sought win-win development with local communities. As a responsible corporate citizen, Huawei has proactively integrated into local communities to support charities, education, environmental protection, health care, and disaster relief efforts.

Abstract: This paper presents the results of a research on a campaign called Seed Freedom, developed on Navdanya's farm - Bija Vidyapeeth - in 2012. Our essay focuses on the question of seed appropriation and domination practiced by large agribusiness corporations, since the 1960s to the present day's transgenic crops as well as the social movements' fight to keep their way of life and production. We plan to discuss and to put into a context the socio-economic problems that led to the Seed Freedom movement and the relationship between the protection of seeds and food production with the use of sustainable agriculture, environmental campaigns for the protection of biological diversity, and food sovereignty and safety in stark contrast to the agriculture mechanisms used by the broad market and the political and economic agreements which only benefit agribusiness corporations. Our goal is to prove that alternative forms of traditional farming used along with sustainable technologies can ensure not only environmental protection but also food sovereignty.

Abstract: In 2012, National Institute of statistics of Rwanda conducted the 4th population and housing census whereby the population projection was done about fertility and mortality .Based on the assessment of past mortality, it is assumed that life expectancy at birth in Rwanda will increase linearly up to 70 years with of course a significant decrease in infant mortality and under five mortality rates by the end of the projection period 2032.Therefore,the forecasts results should be inaccurate as long as the forecasting period becomes too big. Objective of this study was to apply Leslie matrix, Lee carter and ARIMA models in forecasting population dynamics in Rwanda. Leslie matrix model was used to determine the annual growth rate of female population which was r =2.33% .By ARIMA models, Forecasts showed a decreasing trend in IMR and U5MR from 2012 to 2015. The results showed that models used had a higher predictive ability because of their small root mean square errors where RMSE was found to be 0.124456 for IMR and 0.068576 for under 5 mortality rates (‰).

Abstract: Rwanda agricultural is today characterized by low productivity due to some factors inputs. Maize production in the country is becoming increasingly important in Rwanda agriculture market. So the purpose of this research is then to determine the variance covariance relationship between variables which main factors could be identified and subsequently give more investment weight for maize quality and volume production development. These variables include organic fertilizer, cultivated area, improved seed, average temperature and annual rainfall
The analysis of data done by using an orthogonal factor model to describe and determine the variance covariance relationship among many variables in terms of a few underlying called latent factors which can be not observed.
The finding give the answer to our objectives. We found that there is a linear relationship between variables where annual rainfall indicates a negative correlation effect on production of maize. But other variables as average temperature, improved seed, organic fertilizer and cultivated area have positive correlation with production of maize. Next, we found that the improved seed variable shows a high correlation than other variables this suggests that is the most likely increase production of maize in Rwanda. Finally, the variance covariance relationship between factors was determined by estimating loading using rotation method. We found that in oblique rotation the variances explained by the first and second factors are greater than orthogonal rotation. In the oblique cases, the common factors are correlated and display a covariance variance value which is seems acceptable.

Abstract: Ethical issues are becoming more and more important to companies every year. Consumers are increasingly concerned about what they are buying; consumers’ purchasing culture in developed countries is moving in a more ethical direction. At the same time companies are facing scandals after making unethical decisions.
The purpose of this independent study is to acquire the most comprehensive description of business ethics; in order to study different theories and definitions, understand the impact of globalization and importance of ethical legislation, as well as analyze current ethical issues in international business.
Relevant literature was revised with the aim finding solutions how a company can avoid and manage ethical issues in a multi-cultural environment. Questions are: how multinational companies should deal with regulation differences between different countries and regions, and how they can handle the competition without making any unethical decisions.
Yes, unethical behaviour can lower company´s costs (e.g. using child labour or mismanagement of safety regulations), but as societies grow richer, their willingness to pay for ethical behaviour increases. Ethical behaviour is highly important to a successful business ad that is why every employee should follow the company´s principles in ethical business. Ethical decision-making creates long-term additional value to the company and it can be measured by income or good reputation.

Abstract: Listening ability is one of the important skills in foreign language learning. Second language learners have significant problems in listening comprehension because that schools pay more attention to structure, writing, reading and vocabulary. It is noticeable that the graduates of university, English majors who intended to be teachers of English sometimes fail to understand the spoken language or cope with speakers in real life situations. The graduates who studied English for about 12 years, still find difficulties in understanding spoken language in real life situations or cope with speakers although they studied English for twelve years, two in primary school, three at preparatory, three at secondary stage and four at university. For this reason, the present study attempts to investigate some listening problems faced by English major students at education college, Misurata University.. Data gathered through questionnaire from the students' responses. Qualitative method was adopted to analyze the data obtained. This study revealed that listening comprehension is hindered by: limited knowledge of words, colloquial, accent, redundancy conversation, the speed, students are not encouraged listening to the programs on the radio or TV, Inadequate time to teach listening skills.

Abstract: Nigeria's economy as at today is facing serious economic challenges. This study investigated the effect of corruption on economic growth from productivity perspective in Nigeria using annual aggregate data from 1980 to 2014. A Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) technique was explored. Empirical results showed mixed outcomes. First, openness to trade, law and order, national system of innovation and corruption had a long-run relationship with productivity growth. Second, while capital expenditure was vulnerable to corruption, fitted productivity growth and consumers tastes influenced economic growth positively. Corruption from this perspective reduced the efficiency of labour and capital productivity. The paper therefore recommends that government should intensify its efforts at promoting the structures that promotes productivity and at the same time check unproductive expenditure on projects.

Abstract: Domestic violence (DV) is an epidemic affecting women in our nation regardless of age, race, economic status, nationality, religion, or educational background and is often overlooked, denied and even excused. When Health Care Providers notice and acknowledge the warning signs and symptoms, reporting is necessary. The Health Care Provider’s knowledge level regarding signs and symptoms of domestic violence influences the success of reporting any suspicious behaviors to appropriate departments for future investigation. Domestic violence is defined as behaviors used by one person in a relationship to control the other resulting in physical or psychological injury. Partners can be married or not married, lesbian, gay, heterosexual living together, separated or dating. The consequence of DV results in a decline of economical, social, psychological, spiritual, and emotional well-being of victims and is the major factor that contributes to morbidity and mortality among women (World Health Organization (WHO), 2009). Using evidence-based practice, the author presents a systematic in-depth review investigating the relevant studies and doing preliminary literature searches that can answer the question:”Does the assessment of domestic violence help to disclose the act of DV in women population?”

Abstract: The Purāṇas have come to us as an explaination to some abstruse Vedic passages. The Prakāśa form of Brahman is called Śiva and the Vimarṣa form of the Brahman is called Śakti. Among the 18 Purāṇas, Brahmānḍa Purāṇa is well known for the extolation of Devī Lalitā. Lalitāsahasranāma containing 320 ślokas in three chapters occurs in the second part the Brahmāṇḍa Purāṇa, which is the last of Śrī Vedavyāsa’s 18 Purāṇas. Even a cursory reading of this will impress one with the importance attached by Śrī Vedavyāsa to the subject of Mantraśāstra in the last of his Purāṇas.
