Abstract: Ho Chi Minh has a system of perspectives on revolutionary morality and he is also a great sample of morality culture of the Vietnamese people. In the context of national renovation and development, Ho Chi Minh's morality culture is determined by the Communist Party of Vietnam as the foundation for the development of the Vietnamese people and modern society. In this article, the author generalizes, analyzes the origin and characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's morality culture and its impact and orientation to the Vietnamese morality culture from the past, to the present and in the future. On that basis, it affirms that Ho Chi Minh's morality culture plays a significant role in the current international cultural exchange cooperation.

Abstract: The contribution and dedication of Chembai Vaidyanathar Bhagavathar on music festivals are remarkable.so he is always come in to the major place in the scenario of music festivals. Chambai Vydyanathar is the musical emblem that has set a unique mark in the history of Carnatic music in Kerala. His name is still a form of worship for music lovers. This article is a glimpse into the music career of   the Music Emperor of Kerala. The Karnataka Sangitam or the Carnatic music was initially concentrated among the Travancore and Palakkad Iyers, but soon gained popularity all over Kerala in the last two centuries. In the last two centuries, several eminent Carnatic musicians have come from Kerala. During the early stages in the history of vocal music, the media of propagation was oral expression and vocal exercises. Without any external aids, depending largely on the God given gift of vocal ability, classical music was handed down from the Guru to the shishya by word of mouth. Interestingly, even after external aids are being commonly used, signs and lines, symbols and letters, vocal exercises and oral traditions continued to be used, because the aids and media are not suitable substitutes for the audio mechanism of the human throat.

Abstract: Objective: The fast food industry is growing in the Congolese capital and understanding consumers is valuable to increase clients’ satisfaction, business development, positive health indicators, and socio cultural acceptance.

Materials and Methods: The sample consisted mainly of Congolese consumers approached by convenience sampling in Gombe, Kinshasa. The employed research instruments were structured survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The quantitative data collected were analysed through the use of SPSS.

Results: Findings from this research study first demonstrated that Congolese consumers do have a positive perception of leisure and dining experiences in quick service restaurants in Kinshasa. Congolese are convinced by the food and drink products offered in quick service restaurants as they consider them qualitative, healthy, variate and occidental. Consumers are not only looking to feed themselves when visiting a fast food outlet, but are also looking for an entertaining and memorable Western experience. Quick service restaurants represent a growing sector of the restaurant industry in cities of the DRC through its linkages with the Western diet and lifestyle.

Conclusion: Overall, leisure and entertainment, guests experience, and profitability in quick service restaurants could surely be all enhanced by adjusting parameters to local realities and consumers’ preferences.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of association between the implemented health service programs of the Rural Health Units and its resources; and between the health services programs implemented and the improvement of community peace and development condition in five selected municipalities of Maguindanao. The respondents of the study are randomly selected 97 Barangay Health Workers and clients of the Maternal and Health Care Service, Family Planning and TB DOTS. The sources of data were derived from the researcher-made questionnaire, interview, and focus group discussion. The questionnaire underwent validity and reliability test, and obtained very high reliability results.

The findings revealed that the Rural Health Units resources in terms of human, materials and financial resources are regarded moderately sufficient; the implementation of health services programs namely maternal and child health services, family planning and TB DOTS are generally satisfying; and the quality of respondents’ personal, social and civic life as determinants of community peace and developments condition are generally improved.

The study concludes that individual who avail of government services programs and are confident of their treatment and cure can rise up to improve their personal ,economic and social life and are able to contribute to community peace and development.

As the findings imply, here is a great need to assign a permanent medical doctor in the Rural Health Units in various municipalities in Maguindanao; there seems to be a problem in medical supplies and financial support in the in implementation of health services programs.

The study recommends a partnerships alliance by the RHUs with non government organizations in providing more livelihood skills training to its clients to enhance their personal and social growth to become peace agents in the community where they belong. The study recommends further investigation of the variable using other methodology and other statistical tools to determine the relationship of effect between inputs (resources), process (implementations), and outcomes (products).

Abstract: Employee’s performance appraisal is one of the most critical functions of a manager and it’s a basic function of anyone in a supervisory role. Appraisals are done to ascertain how employees contributes to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives. This study examined the effect of performance appraisal on Nurses’ job performance in Federal Medical Centre, Asaba. The objectives are to determine the influence of routine appraisal programmes on prompt response to emergency situations at the Federal Medical Center, Asaba; and to ascertain the role of regular monitoring and evaluation on the wellbeing of patients at the Federal Medical Center, Asaba. Two research questions and null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The survey research design was adopted. The study relied heavily on primary and secondary data. The target population for this study is the Nurses of Federal Medical Centre, Asaba With the total number of three hundred and seventeen Nurses. Content validity, was used and a test- re- test exercise was adopted using Pearson product moment correlation formula. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistical tool, frequency table and simple percentages. The responses to the questionnaire were presented and analyzed using frequency table and simple percentages while inferential statistics, Chi-square in SPSS Package was also used to test the hypotheses. The study revealed that there is need to ensure regular feedback, failure to do this could affect staff interest in appraisal processes as much as possible feedback should be given to Nurses on their performance.

Abstract: This paper is a further contribution on alternative energy sources with emphasis on the prospects and challenges of combustion of biofluids in internal combustion engines. The paper thus reviewed the performances of the different types of biofluids in three types of internal combustion engines – the Compression Ignition (CI), Spark Ignition (SI) and the Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI), and noted that each type of engine exploits the physical and chemical properties of the fuel it burns. Technically, biofuels technology has grown from the initial first-generation food crop-based source to third and fourth generation biofuels that rely on algae and better extraction processes. In terms of performance, all types of biofuels demonstrated reduced emissions of CO, CO2, unburned hydrocarbons (HC), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and solid particulates. Specifically, biodiesels, and green diesels also demonstrated improved combustion efficiencies by decreasing both the maximum cylinder pressure and the rate of pressure increase, mainly due to its higher cetane number which shortens the ignition delay period and the premixed combustion phase. Also, the lower viscosity of green diesel allows a better mixing of the liquid fuel droplets with air and reduces the ignition delay. These benefits, notwithstanding, the paper also noted some drawbacks in the combustion of biofuels as they produce complicated mixture of additional chemicals that are potentially harmful to humans and the environment, like acetaldehyde, formaldehyde, peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN) increase relative to straight gasoline. Also, biodiesels are also more prone to atmospheric oxidation than diesel, thereby, making the biofuels acidic and forming insoluble gums and sediments that plug the fuel filters and impact of the engine performances.  As part of improving the combustion efficiencies, vehicle manufacturers are working hard to decrease the exhaust emissions produced by internal combustion engines down within legal limits by using systems such as high-pressure fuel injection, multi-stage injection, three way catalytic converter, exhaust gas recycling, particle filters and injection start control through diesel engine management. While these are ongoing efforts, the paper recommends for vehicle manufacturers to also consider developing engines that will run solely on biofluids. Finally, the paper further recommended for a more collaborative global efforts towards more consistent policies to manage the entire life cycle of biofuel production to combustion, while also legislating for standards for biofuel compatible engines, for mass production if this energy transition to renewables by 2040 will be of any consequence.

Abstract: This policy paper explains the global trade system reform. It proposes to burgeon international trade – a way in which the least developed countries of the world can attain their share from the global economic system. The paper examines why the global trade system worked very well with the advanced industrialised countries in the north, and the newly industrialised countries of the south, but not the least developed countries (LDCs) as the share of their global economy has declined dramatically since in the 1980s? The research draws attention to the unfair policies in the global trade system. It also explains the existing technological and industrial obstacles, which resulted the developing economies’ negative participation in the world trade, and the causes of trade imbalances that hinders LDCs, not to attain their portion from the global economy. Then the paper recommends:

• WTO member states should come up with trade policies of mutual advantage.
• LDCs to move from inward-oriented trade policies to outward-looking
• To reform the unfair EPAs between EU and ACP countries.
• LDCs to diversify their economies from primary commodities to industrial base.
• To make Doha Round talks a success.
• WTO member states to eliminate the unfair import-substitution policies of agriculture.
• Africa should address supply-side constraints to its infrastructure and deepen its regional integration.

Abstract: This study looks at factors that have a significant impact on industrial companies ' use of target costs in Jordan. The properties of Value Engineering (VE) were these factors. The study used the deductive method to achieve its objectives. It provides a theoretical framework for hypothesis formation. The experiments that could then be generalized were tested for their hypotheses. 40 managers in Jordan from various industrial companies participated in this research. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire has now been revised to collect necessary data, which was analyzed with SPSS. Following a study of several related studies.

Abstract: The present research aims to study the relationship between Subjective wellbeing and Cognitive development among socially deprived and non-deprived, Urban and Rural School Students of Himachal Pradesh. The study has been conducted on a sample of N=480 school students of Himachal Pradesh, India, whose subjective wellbeing was assessed with the help of PGI General Wellbeing Measure; State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-HX-I & II, Satisfaction with Life scale. A 2×2 ANOVA has been implemented for analyzing the results. The findings of the study indicated that subjective wellbeing significantly affected cognitive development among urban and rural, SC and NSC students. Hence, there is a strong need for having a second look at policy formulation intended for the welfare of the students belonging to the deprived sections of both urban and rural areas.

Abstract: Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is a public health problem that tends to take dimensions of epidemic and has serious impact on quality of patient’s life. Anger and aggressiveness are common among patients with end-stage renal disease (ESDR). A number of psychiatric problems arise during the course of treatment by hemodialysis, both among patients, relations and members of dialysis teams. Factors of personality like anger are discussed, before the dialysis and after it. As the disease progresses patients show insomnia at night. They may be irritated, depressed, demanding, discontent, aggressive which add to the difficulties in their management by hospital staff. Researchers suggest that the neuro-psychiatric changes are probably concomitant with chemical changes. We reviewed the literature and studied 12 patients with chronic renal failure, interviewed their relatives, three doctors, the psychologist and five nurses to explore if anger and aggressiveness was the psychological impact of dialysis or part of their previous personality and their attitude toward the psychological support. Complexity and chronic nature of the disease affect the quality of life and personality of patients with CRF. All the twelve patients we study showed personality change because of dialysis, but aggressiveness and anger was more related to their temperament than to the impact of the disease. Dialysis patients show resistance to therapy, because it is difficult for them to deal with the end of their life. From the other side the patient's difficulty in joining out-of-site appointments and dialysis hours also corroborates that mental health-focused treatments take second place. The role of the Nephrology Unit is highly important for the implementation of effective nursing interventions and psychological support during their treatment.

Title: Anger and Aggressiveness as a Factor of Personality in Patients Undergoing Dialysis

Abstract: The study investigated self regulation, domestic violence and gender as correlate to tendency to commit crime among adolescents in a public secondary school; Modern Ideal College Enugu, Enugu State. A total of 150 students were draw from JSS1 to SS3. 58.67% (88) of these students were females while 41.33% (62) were males. The selection of students was randomized and was not influenced by any criteria other than the inclusion criterion; participants must be within the age bracket of 10 to 19 years of age.  The instruments used in the study were: The Crime Behavior Rating Scale (CBRS) was developed by Animashaun (2011), The Child Exposure to Domestic Violence (CEDV) scale developed by Edleson, Shin, and Armendariz (2008), Self-Regulation Scale developed by Novak and Clayton (2001). The correlation design was adopted for this study while were used in Pearson’s correlation analyzing the data the Pearson’s correlation The result of the findings reveals that there is significant positive correlation between exposure to domestic violence and tendency to commit crime and also there is a significant correlation between gender and exposure to domestic violence. While both male and female and tendency to commit crime and gender exposure to domestic violence showed no significant correlation between. The implication of this finding is that the increase in adolescents and youth involvement in different kinds of crime could be as a result of increased exposure of child to domestic violence, directly or indirectly. Considering that the damage that accompanies youth involvement in crime can at times be unsalvageable, it is, therefore, imperative that parents and guardian desist from exposing children to any form of domestic violence. It is recommended that Government especially National Orientation Agency and other relevance agencies should mount campaign against domestic violence and exposure to domestic violence. On their part, psychologists are to develop programme aimed at healing the inner child wounds and other programmes to enhance harmonious interpersonal relationships.

Abstract: Teachers are the special human beings given by the nature. They can help to frame everyone’s future. A teacher has many qualities; they are just like a bag that is full of knowledge, but this knowledgeable bag is not an ordinary bag, it has many miracle powers because whenever we want to empty the  knowledge of this bag, every time the bag become full. Some teachers are strict, some are soft hearted, some behave like a friend and some behave like foe but the aim of all is same, they always want to develop a good and responsible citizen in their students. This study aims to investigate the job satisfaction level among government and private secondary school female teachers. 100 respondents from private secondary schools and 100 from government secondary schools. Data analyzed with descriptive statics using SPSS version21. The study was found that job satisfaction of government secondary schools teachers are high compare to private secondary schools teachers.

Abstract: Social change is the order of the world and it is inevitable for survival of human societies. There can be innumerable agents of social change in a given society. Dance and education constitute two such agents of social change. Dance has historically been used for the purpose of story-telling, spreading awareness and changing mindsets and it has immense capacity to bring about social change. Schools constitute a social setting which again has a great impact on the mindset, attitude and holistic development of the students. Through these years, there has been an emphasis on incorporating performing arts in the schools for educational, recreational and other beneficial purposes.  Schools these days have dance as a part of their curriculum. Through this paper the researcher attempts to highlight the existing practice of performing arts in schools today. It has been observed that Schools use these arts just for the sake of annual days and competitions or festivals. Although major educational policies recommend the utilisation of these art forms for creating citizens and fostering social change in schools, the purpose is somewhere lost. Interviews were conducted with 20 teachers to understand how schools today use performing arts and how teachers view the utility of performing arts in schools. The researcher puts forth suggestions for various stakeholders in education and throws light on the need to redirect and rethink the role of performing arts in schools for the purpose of developing future citizens and fostering social change.
