Abstract: Teachers play a peculiar role in the formative years of learners schooling, and their importance is something the society cannot undervalue. Teachers involved in moulding the learners into responsible citizens of the country are considered torch-bearers in educating and imparting knowledge to the youth. This study utilized the qualitative and quantitative exploratory research design. The interview transcript on nine school heads and seven teachers were used to develop the constructs and indicators to measure innovative teaching strategies of teachers. The scales developed were administered to three hundred nine public (309) elementary teachers in the ten identified school districts in Iligan City. The result of the investigation identified four factors to measure the teachers innovative teaching strategy namely: Critical Thinking (factor 1), Creativity (factor 2), Social Skills (factor 3), and ICT Skills (factor 4). The findings revealed the teachers’ low innovative teaching strategies is on critical thinking and ICT skills.  The instrument can be useful in assessing the level of teachers’ innovative teaching. However, the newly developed scale be retested for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to validate further the items.

Abstract: Today we see mass shooting news in the U.S. almost every day. Why? This paper revises the first proposal on what types of family backgrounds have produced mass murderers in the past. Based on the revision, we would like to discuss which family environment types are the most responsible for today’s mass shootings, and why we have more such types in the U.S. today.

Abstract: The Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the vast wildfires in Australia, California, and elsewhere have unconsciously brought many of us to think about the possible coming of our doomsday. We must take action now to prevent it. But how? To fight against those rich and powerful small elite groups will never be easy, who will do anything to maintain status quo to cling to their current privilege. This paper is one manifesto showing exactly what to do and how to do it to protect this precious earth and ourselves from the inevitable apocalypse that will come if we keep going as we are.

Abstract: The interactions of both genetic and environmental factors produce serial killers. Environmental factors are especially known to affect how killers express their murderous acts. This paper, a revised and updated version of the paper presented in 2015, attempts to further clarify which types of family backgrounds actually produced serial killers.

Therefore, are dictators like Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin necessarily psychopaths? Especially, environmental factors are considered to influence the perpetrator’s expression of their murderous acts. Abstract: Immersive cinema represents a new set of technological and aesthetic standards of paramount importance that support the sensual experience and actual immersion of the spectator in its surroundings. These standards are at the heart of the new designs of theater, film production and projection techniques, and new films that are produced and displayed. This kind of emerging cinema still raises questions about whether the frameworks of understanding of the old forms of cinema, and even understanding our relationship with ourselves in cinema, is out of date?

The research identifies types of Immersive environments, the planetarium (the subject of research), simulators, the cave and Head mounted display. It also addresses, dome types and classify it into two categories: fixed and portable.

In addition, the study deals with the restrictions and limitations of projecting Immersive films such as rapid visual changes occurring in the 360 ° environment, which tend to use long scenes, with the gradual transfer between shots at cuts, specially cares about both the location of objects in space and the speed of movement.

It is clear from the research that there are considerations that must be taken into account by the designers and the animators in the production of the Immersive films due to the difference in the nature of the medium in addition to some general criteria which are related to the frame rate, resolution and frame structure.

The research addresses the challenges faces filmmakers, which are directly related to the huge size of the image. Designers must model more objects in a single scene with more details than what is needed in a traditional cinematic scene due to its wide field of view, add to that challenges related to production tools and projection, as projection facilities, image resolution and dome size vary from dome to another.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of government policies and social capital on entrepreneurship and SME performance, and anal yze the role of entrepreneurship as a mediator on the influence of government policies and social capital on the performance of wood craft SMEs in Tegallalang Village. This research was conducted in Tegallalang Village which is a center of wood crafts in Gianyar Regency. The population in this study was 84 wood craft SMEs in Tegallalang Village, where the sample was determined by saturated sample technique. Data collected through a questionnaire instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability are then analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The analysis shows that government policies and social capital directly have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship of SMEs. Government and entrepreneurial policies of SMEs directly and positively and significantly influence the performance of SMEs, but social capital does not significantly influence the performance of SMEs. Entrepreneurship significantly mediates the indirect effect of government policies and social capital on the performance of SMEs in Tegallalang Village, Gianyar Regency. The indirect effect of government policy on SME performance is partial mediation, while the indirect effect of social capital on SME performance is full mediation.

Abstract: The telecommunication sector, especially the mobile phone sector, in India is one of the fastest growing business segments of the country which provide a lot of value addition to the society with its service and creation of employment opportunities. At present there are so many mobile operators in the country. Bharati Airtel LTD, Reliance communication LTD, BSNL, Tata tele services, Jio, Videocon etc. All of them complete with each other to grab customers by providing wide range of services. The success of telecommunication industry depends on services provided by the company. Satisfaction of the customers is a valuable asset for the modern organization. In a competitive market service providers are expected to compete on both price and quality of service and also it is necessary for the service providers to meet the consumer’s requirements and expectation in price and service quality. This research focuses on customer’s satisfaction towards various mobile phones users particularly college students. Descriptive research method has been used for this study. It is found that there is no significant difference between satisfaction level of the respondents and their course of study.

Abstract: Nigeria as a nation suffers the effect of climate change in one way or the other such as the inundation and erosion of coastal shorelines and river banks. Dredged material has been used in various instances to nourish the beach, dune stabilization with fences and vegetation like the Nypa palm and Rhizophora plants for the protection of shorelines or bank against erosion/inundation. This study analyzed the spatio-temporal analysis of River bank inundation/recession along the Nypa palm and Rhizophora front in selected areas of dominance within Rivers state Nigeria. Landsat images for 1986, 2000 and 2018 were derived from the Global Land Cover Facility data.  Spatial analysis and processes of the derived data were thereafter carried out in the ArcGIS 10.4 environment The findings revealed that erosion and accretion rates differ significantly between Nypa palm and Rhizophora dominated River banks. From the analysis a total of 1,075.311sq.m of land retreated within the mangrove/Rhizophora dominated river banks while a total of 75,232.216sq.mof land area advanced within the mangrove/Rhizophora dominated area. Also from the analysis, it is obvious that within the mangrove area, there were more recordings of bank advanced(accretion) than retreat(erosion).In the Nipa palm dominated area, the total areas of the land retreat were recorded at 860,571.1sq.mwhile that of advanced was record at 365,311.2sq.mindicating that there were dominating influence of land retreat (erosion) than land advanced (accretion) over Nipa palm dominated area. It is therefore recommended that improved mangrove species capable of withstanding advance river turbulence should be encouraged within the banks and shorelines.
