Abstract: This paper aims to explain the role of Islamic Education in fostering the character of the nation. Character education is a system of inculcating character values to schoolchildren that include the components of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement those values. In character education in schools, all components (education stakeholders) should be involved, including the components of the education itself, ie curriculum content, learning and assessment processes, handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of activities or co-curricular activities, empowerment infrastructure, financing, and work ethic of all school / neighborhood residents. Islamic education is the guidance of spiritual and physical growth according to the teachings of Islam with the wisdom of directing, training, nurturing and supervising the enactment of all Islamic teachings. The goal of Islamic education is based on a special value system based on the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract: this study aims at investigating the difficulties of translation that face Sudanese university students College of Education, Dongla University in academic year 2013-2014 during the second semester. The study also aims at identifying these difficulties, showing the kind of difficulties, introducing translation difficulties in details and suggest suitable solution for these problems. For these purpose, research questions are posed. The sample of these study consists of 30 students who are chosen from the level four students. The analytical descriptive approach is adopted to handle this study.  The method of this study is descriptive and analytical method. Also, deals with the analysis of the data and to test the hypotheses. It includes the procedures followed in achieving the objectives of this study and strategies chosen in analyzing data. This data was analyzed in order to reveals the difficulties. The study focus on difficulties that face students when the translate. The study used questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The findings of the study revealed that the students face difficulties in translation due to some factors such as: grammatical categories, linguistic level, lexical items and there are some differences between Arabic and English Language which make problems. Besides lack of translation procedures and techniques represent problems and Culture dimension and lack of culture awareness represent problems.

Abstract: This paper aims to explain the academic supervision-based modeling. Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of learning objectives. The essence of academic supervision is by no means assessing teacher's performance in managing the learning process, but rather putting effort into assisting teachers in developing their professionalism. The modeling concept that has been mentioned above is adapted in the application of academic supervision activities, especially in several stages, especially modeling as a form of feedback and observing the model (peer or supervisor) in modeling / learning activities.

Abstract: Ergonomics augmented its role in our civilization as the ‘Industrial Revolution’ progress with thoughts of how to amplify the production of workers by studying the work that is being done. As a result of these annotations, which at the time was called ‘Scientific Management’, improvements were made by auditing jobs which were being performed and the type of material and tools used to complete it, as well as a certain ‘fit' which could be made that would further improve worker productivity and development. This study aims at thoughtful management need of employee Ergonomics in the Organizations of the Udupi District. It includes how key workplace elements such as workstations, computers, chairs, lighting, noise level, room temperature could be tailored to fit and improve employee health, safety and performances. This study focuses on the minimum acceptable working conditions and equipment to perform different jobs effectively in the organizations.

Abstract: This paper aims to provide an overview of Islamic education for children with autism. Autism is a complex developmental disorder involving communication, social interaction and imaginary activity. Symptoms begin to appear before the child is 3 years old. This developmental disorder affects the ability to communicate (speaking and speaking), the ability to interact socially (not interested in interacting), behavior (life within his own world). The study of Islamic religious education in autistic children in the sense of not demanding that they do perfect worship as well as normal people, but also raises awareness to learners that they also have religion and rules in life. Islamic education is very useful as a control and must be planted from childhood.

Abstract: This study aims to develop a model of learning devices. The learning tool in question is learning tools based on IPS skill information consisting of Learning Program Plans (RPP), Worksheets Learners (LKS), and Teaching Materials grip learners and teachers tailored to the subject matter taught. The method used refers to Research and Development (R & D). The location of this research is in the Elementary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) Faculty of Education (FIP) State University of Makassar (UNM) with research subjects are students who follow IPS courses in the Odd-even semester. The learning device validation sheet is used to obtain data on the validation results of experts and practitioners regarding learning tools. The results of the study show that the Learning Tool that has been designed in the form of RPP in the form of learning scenario, Student's Worksheet and Lecturer's and Lecturer's Handicap Material, at the time of trial implementation done in odd semester of 2017/2018, able to encourage students to learn creative, active, and fun by utilizing information technology tools and other learning resources that exist around the classroom such as libraries and other reading corners.

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the utilization of e-learning Quipper School. E-learning is an innovation in education that has a very large contribution to the change of learning process, where the learning process is not only limited to lecture activities with media improvise but the delivery of learning materials can be visualized in various formats and forms more dynamic and more interactive so that students will more motivated. E-learning is an open source based application such as Quipper School, E-Front, Edmodo, Moodle, and so forth. Use of this application can be enjoyed in the field of education for free. Quipper School was launched in January 2014 as a new breakthrough in education. PAKEM is an approach that allows learners to work on diverse activities to develop their skills, attitudes, and understanding with the emphasis of learning while working. While teachers use various sources and learning aids, including the use of the environment, so that learning is more interesting, fun and effective.

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to know the application of Talking Stick learning model in improving speaking skill in fourth graders in SD Inpres Rappocini Makassar City. The type of this research is classroom action research and the implementation consists of 4 (four) steps, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This type of study was chosen because of the problems found in learning speaking skills. The subjects of the study were teachers and fourth grade students of SD Inpres Rappocini Makassar City, which consisted of 15 students consisting of 7 men and 8 women. The main objective of this research is to improve the students' speaking skill and how to teach the teacher on Indonesian language subject by using cooperative type learning model stick. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the application of Talking Stick learning model in applying the skills speak in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Rappocini Makassar. it can be seen categorized from the results of observation teacher teaching activities and student learning on the results of cycle I are in the good category and then increased in cycle II with very good category.

Abstract: The objective of this research was to know the implementation of learning  “Outdoor Learning” in improving students’ writing skill of SD Inpres Sapiria  Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa. The data of this research consist of lecturer and student data activity. The data of lecturer activity contains the ability to apply the learning outdoor learning in improving writing skill obtained through test result. The collected data then analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The implementation of learning outdoor learning conducted into two cycles, each conducted into four stages continuously that was planning, action, observation, and reflection. Result of the research showed that the implementation of learning outdoor learning in improving students’ writing skill of SD Inpres Sapiria  Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa in first cycle was not optimally yet, that was the lecturer did not pay attention with the time, beside that the outdoor learning used looks boring so that could be influence the learning result that was in enough category. In second cycle showed that the student’s writing skill was in good category. It was described the writing skill maximally. The ability in organizing classroom by using an exact learning method conform to the characteristic of learning material taught, produce an effectiveness and efficient learning process in classroom so that the learning result of student also can optimized by using an exact learning method.

Abstract: This study aims to find out the application of Education Games application based on local culture in improving the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children in PAUD Melati DWP UNM. The approach used in this study using a qualitative approach. Type of research using Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects in this study were teachers and learners PAUD Melati DWP UNM. Total number of learners 15 people consisting of 9 men and 6 women students. Technique of collecting data that is test and observation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The result of the observation data was analyzed qualitatively, while the learners' learning result was giving the test, analyzed quantitatively by using descriptive data analysis. The result of the research shows that through application of Education Games application based on local culture, the ability to recognize the concept of number in Tulib group B children in PAUD Melati DWP UNM can increase, either from teacher teaching activity, children learning activity, or from result of student learning test, where in cycle I the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children are in enough categories whereas in cycle II the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children are in good category.

Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) how is the ability of teachers to develop learning tools, 2) how the formulation and develop the Learning Model Pode in improving science process skills and character of elementary school students. 3) how to implement model-based learning Pode. This study is designed in the form of descriptive order identifies exactly what the implementation Pode model learning in primary schools. The use of descriptive method aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of Pode model study in depth, detailed and intact. Type of data collected is qualitative data, where the data is taken from direct observation by researchers on the implementation Pode model learning in the classroom. The results of the research are: 1) The ability of teachers to create learning tools such as syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets and achievement test categorized as good; 2) The device was developed based science learning syntax Pode model that begins with the preparation of briefing through workshops learning device; 3) Implementation of limited learning is seen that the syntax models Pode accomplished overall. The effectiveness, practicality and validity of its implementation has not been seen since the research project a new look at how the response of students and teachers in implementing this model.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to find out the sources of stress of Indian adult population within the age ranges of 25 to 65 years. Convenient sampling method was adopted, and 70 individuals were sampled. A qualitative and exploratory research design was used to achieve the purpose of the study. It was a cross-sectional survey involving semi structured interview method. The qualitative data was analyzed by using content analysis. Quantitative approach is used to find out the frequency and percentage of the responses of the individuals. The results of the study revealed that the main sources of stress among Indian adult population within the age ranges of 25 to 65 years are family, society, peer group, relatives, employers and physical environment. The study has implications in creating the awareness among the individuals and implementing appropriate coping strategies to meet the individual’s needs and their normal development.

Abstract: The word “Power” has been given various interpretations by sociologist, philosophers, theologians etc. depending on each perspective. One basic fact about human societies and communities is the fact that leadership does not exist without power. The Old Testament presents the issue of power standing at the heart of story of ancient Israel. God challenges the judges and the rules of Israel to protect the rights of the “poor and the oppressed.” They were to exercise their power in a godly manner, a manner that would rescue the needy and deliver them from wicked individuals. In virtually all culture and religions, women are considered to be inferior, unequal and secondary to men. They are regarded as weaker vessel, thereby defining power in masculine parlance. Masculinity hinges on a man’s capacity to exercise power and control. Where male dominance is buttressed by an ideology of male superiority and dominance, women are bound to suffer biological, socio- political oppression and exploitation. The thrust of this paper is to examine the interplay of power by a woman based on a critical and theological interpretation of Judges 4:4-22. The paper adopts historical, theological, as well as contextual method of investigation, employing materials from secondary sources, which have to do with both published and unpublished materials, from libraries, newspapers, journals, books, internet etc. with the aim of making the message relevant to the African context, after which conclusion and recommendations are made.

Abstract: This article seeks to examine the issue of employment or in another sense, incumbency of women on social and political positions in Iran regulations and provisions of the convention of eliminating all forms discrimination against women from a legal perspective. Comparative perspective of Iran’s regulations and provisions of women’s convention suggests that in legal system of Islamic Republic of Iran, women enjoy independent identity and all their basic and civil rights have been under consideration and there is a lot of evidence in verses and narrations and laws of Iran about this issue; but the context of convention’s provisions under the guise of feminist rhetoric and west’s approach suggests that women’s character are fully equal to men without paying attention to their physiological differences. This is while that from the perspective of Iran's legal system which is derived from Islam’s teachings, in transferring jobs we should pay attention to important points such as interest of society and the family, and circumstances of individual interests and priorities in work assignments of individuals. Actually, legal system of Iran applies equal rights for women and men with consideration of individual, family, social, political and religious interests of women as basis, while, the women’s convention applies equal rights for women and men in this regard, regardless of individual, family and social interests and it will continue to insist about it.
