Abstract: The general objective of this study was to assess the factors influencing agricultural development in Lower Shabelle of Somalia. The specific objectives of the study were; to establish the influence of road infrastructure development on agriculture development in Lower Shebelle of Somalia, to evaluate the influence of government regulations on agriculture development in Lower Shabelle of Somalia, to assess the market infrastructure development on the agricultural development in Lower Shabelle of Somalia and to determine influence of irrigation infrastructure development on agricultural development in Lower Shabelle of Somalia. The theoretical framework of the study consisted of agricultural development theory, economic development theory, resource exploitation theory and physical capital theory.. This research adopted a quantitative correlation research design to address the formulated hypotheses. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select 114 respondents from the target population of 160respondents. Primary data was collected by use of self-administered structured questionnaires which was distributed through the drop and pick method. Data analysis was by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.The Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis was used for hypotheses testing. The data was presented by the use of tables, and figures for the purpose of giving a pictorial view of the results. The study revealed that road infrastructure development, government regulation, market infrastructure development and irrigation infrastructure development had a statistically significant influence on agricultural development in Lower Shabelle of Somalia. The study recommended that the Somali government should adopt road infrastructure development, government regulation, market infrastructure development and irrigation infrastructure development in order to foster agricultural development.

Teaching is advanced and tight work that needs extremely specialized skills and information to impact considerably on student learning.

An important goal of Pedagogy Learning systems is to deliver directions that may manufacture equal or higher outcomes than face-to-face learning systems. to realize the goal, associate degree increasing range of empirical studies are conducted over the past decades to deal with the difficulty of what antecedent variables have an effect on students' satisfaction and learning outcomes and to look at potential predictors of Pedagogy Learning outcomes. A primary theme of Pedagogy Learning systems analysis has been empirical studies of the consequences of data technology, tutorial methods, and psychological processes of scholars and instructors on the scholar satisfaction. This paper presents the success issue of Pedagogy Learning and their effectiveness. I describe associate degree approach to Pedagogy Learning interface style that focuses on the goals, audience, and learning, and explore examples that demonstrate the success of this effective pedagogy for Pedagogy Learning.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze social relationship in businesses through analyzing attitudes and assessing social relationship between employees and co-workers, managers, directors in enterprises in Vietnam. Mainly using quantitative results of Vietnam Institution of Workers and Union’s 2016 survey on “Vietnamese workers’ lifestyle in industrialization period”, the author continued to further analyze and discuss the results through literature review of several articles, reports in Vietnam and abroad. This paper has analyzed and assessed the characteristic of employer’s relationship within context of workplace and suggests some solutions for better communication in working. The obtained result will be basic foundation to execute suitable social policy to improve physical and mental life of employees in current time.

Abstract: Early childhood development and education (ECDE) projects play an important role in the provision of safe and age appropriate instructional learning environments and resources for children aged between 3-6 years. Following the promulgation of the new constitution in 2010, ECDE was devolved and the created 47 county governments took responsibility for the design, implementation and monitoring of ECDE. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of participatory monitoring and evaluation approach on performance of early childhood development and education projects in Alego Usonga Sub-County.  The design of the study was cross-sectional. The target population was 1217respondents. Simple stratified random sampling was used. Using the Krejcie and Morgan table of estimation, 297 sample size was calculated. Data was analysed using SPSS computer package version 21. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were computed. Descriptive statistics included frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations. Inferential statistics included correlation and regression analyses. Pearson correlation(r) and coefficients of determination (R2), were computed to assess the association between the independent variables and the dependent variable. There was significant positive association between participatory monitoring and evaluation approach and performance of ECDE projects (r=0.548, p<0.01). The study recommended that the County government should strengthen the use of the participatory monitoring and evaluation approach in ECDE projects and that the participatory monitoring and evaluation should be integrated in the design and daily implementation of the projects. The County government should also ensure that the ECDE projects are effectively designed and implemented to assure sustainable and quality performance.

Abstract: The individual belief about himself or herself, including the person’s attributes and what the self is. Present study has taken the students from standard IX from Kanyakumari District. The main objective of the study is to find out the significant difference, in self-Concept among secondary students with regard to their locality and gender. Sample of 300 students from various schools in and around Kanyakumari were derived by simple random sampling. Survey method was adopted for this study. Data is analyzed by t-test. The findings of the study revealed that there is significant difference in Self-Concept among secondary students.

Abstract: Product consumption in India has seen drastic changes with habits as well as economic levels of consumers changing rapidly. In today’s competition the core object of all corporations is to satisfy customers. It is the choice empowered to decide the fate of any product or organization. Only the companies that continuously monitor and meet changing need will win. The company has to fulfill the customers’ needs because they are the ones who make purchase decisions. In order to grab customers’ attention and create awareness company must undertake different sales promotional measures. So for this study the company has to understand the needs and preference of customer.

Indian retail sector is witnessing one of the most hectic Marketing activities of all times. The companies are fighting to win the heart of customer. “EZONE” has brought many changes in the buying habits of people. In this project, we will study the promotional campaign like Blind Fold Sale. The research titled ‘Promotional Campaign analysis and its impact on customer buying behaviour’ helps us to understand the effect of promotional strategy which is responsible for attracting customer towards Ezone. This study is helpful to top level management to improve the present promotional strategy of Ezone.

The report deals with the impact of promotional activities which attracts customer towards Ezone. The research was carried out as per the steps of Marketing Research. The well supportive objectives were set for the study. To meet the objectives primary research was undertaken. The instrument used for the data collection was structured questionnaire. The target respondents were the visitors of Ezone, with the sample size of 200 for the study of sales management of the company. Tables & charts were used to translate response into meaningful information to get the most out of the collected data. Based on those the inferences have been drawn with peer supportive data.

Abstract: This research paper outlines the International Baccalaureate Programme (IB) focusing primarily on the Music Curriculum and the importance of assessment, the expectations and outcomes related to the course overall. It is important for teachers abroad to have an understanding of the associated benefits when teaching the programme within International Schools. The IB Music programme aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people, who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. Most educators need to have an understanding of the differences between Higher and Standard Level Music and what enables students to pass the course successfully. These opportunities allow students to the understand the elements of music theory, learn about the various structures within music, familiarize themselves with the different musical periods and listen to music of various genres. All of these attributes develop their aural awareness and ear training skills. Through orchestrating various parts for either solo or ensemble compositions students are creative realizing their potential and understanding of compositional techniques. In conclusion, the IB Music programme prepares students for University utilizing their analytical skills to research different types of music and teach them how to deal with deadlines iterating time management skills.

Abstract: In the world public administration service, there should be a proper co-ordination among the state officers, clients & the state resources to provide and obtain services at a satisfactory level. The expected efficiency and effectiveness collapsed and people had to face various problems since there was no proper co-ordination among the three sections. At this backdrop world administration service introduced many kind of New Public Management aspects like 5S methods, Citizen Charter, E-Government projects to solve this problems & to provide efficiency service. E- Governance means the use of electronic communications devices, computers and internet to provide public services. Generally e-governance concept includes four major models. Those are, government to citizen, government to employees, government to government and government to business.  According to the scholars e-government is a subset of the E-governance concept. Presently, government to employee model label as e-governance & government to citizen, business & government to government label as e-government.  This research mainly consider about the e-government concept. The main objective of this paper is to find the customer awareness  of the E-Government Services. This study is based on both primary and secondary data. Questionnaires were contributed and interviews were conducted to obtain primary data. Also the UNDP reports, relevant books, articles have been referred to get secondary data. Through the stratified random sampling method, 100 of customers who visited to Ja-ela municipal government in Sri Lanka were selected for the study. The collected primary data were analyzed from the SPSS software and analyzed data presented from bar charts and pie charts. This study reveals that most of the customers didn’t have positive opinion of e-government services providing from Ja-ela urban council. As the recommendation this study propose that ja-ela urban council must adopt more e-government projects and have to be conduct more programmes for the citizens to improve the knowledge of E-government service.

Abstract: Demonetization is a act of stripping a currency unit of its status as legal tender. It occurs whenever there is a change in national currency. The 8th November 2016 decision of India’s prime minister had immediately banned the legal tender of 500 and 1000 rupee notes of Indian currency. Consequently, from the mid night of 8th November 2016 citizens of India start facing problems related to the shortcoming of cash. Prior arrangements for demonetization were not sufficient. In these circumstances citizens of India had started e-payments for shopping and other recreational activities. This article believes that demonetization boosted the digital India programme and Cashless India Programme of Government of India launched in 2015. Article also focuses on the methods available and extent of digital payments in India. To make digital India successful we are hoping a more safe and secure information operational technology and consumer technology.

Abstract: The research objectives are: To find out the type of activities carried out by the teacher in developing children's fine motor skills to prepare the preliminary writing of children in Group B Sudiang Asri Islamic Kindergarten in Makassar, and to find out the factors that are supporting and inhibiting in developing children's fine motor skills to prepare the preliminary writing of children in Group B Sudiang Asri Islamic Kindergarten Makassar. The type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research, namely this study attempts to describe the circumstances and situations that occur in the process of developing fine motor skills in preparing children's writing skills in Sudiang Asri Islamic Kindergarten. The technique used to collect data in this study is observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on fine motoric activities in preparing the child's initial writing skills, it can be concluded as follows: (1) . Teacher activities in an effort to develop children's fine motor skills to prepare for the initial writing of Group B children in Sudiang Asri Islamic Kindergarten in Makassar City, playing beams, folding paper, cutting, forming with plasticizer, playing and painting with fingers. These activities can develop nine prerequisites for early child writing, namely readiness development, balance, shoulder balance, forearm control, wrist balance, grip, two-handed use, eye and hand movement coordination and sensorimotor experience. (2). The supporting factor in the child's fine motor development activities is in the aspect of the teacher also has an effort to attract the attention of students by inviting communication with a distraction of humor, so that students do not feel bored and not sleepy when the learning process takes place. Availability of fine motor development game equipment. In the inhibiting factor is the aspect of students when learning is done sometimes there are still children who are reluctant to do learning activities provided by the teacher, where students sometimes they do not pay attention to what has been ordered by the teacher to do.

Abstract: This paper discusses a project called “Barangay Justice Service System (BJSS) implemented in the selected barangay of North Cotabato whose purpose is to provide awareness and easy access to justice by improving the awareness and technical know- how of individuals handling disputes and cases at the local level. Specifically, the paper delved into analysis of the content and subject areas of the project, including the mechanisms and strategies adopted covering four (4) modules of implementation which include: Katarungan Pambarangay; Counselling; Mediation, Para Legal. As it was envisioned, the project implementation resulted to a more accessible and inexpensive justice services at the local communities in the selected barangay of Libungan, North Cotabato. This is evidenced by the reduction of cases filed at the regular trial courts, especially those of civil cases that are within the jurisdiction of the Katarungan Pambarangay level. A more improved and systematic ways of settling disputes at the local level were also established by providing proper documentations and records of cases, and settlements which were not properly given attention in the past at the barangay level. In the end, the program became successful because of the support not only of the local leaders, but including the community residents due to its relevance, and responsiveness towards seeking a speedy and impartial delivery justice services at the local level.

Abstract: Migration and remittances are internationally recognized as significant phenomena for developing countries like Bangladesh. It is a labor surplus state which could contribute to home and foreign countries. This study tries to explore t trends on international voluntary migration to the foreign country and remittances that flow in Bangladesh. The paper is mainly constructed on secondary data which was taken from various publications, government and other organizations from home and aboard. The study covers the year 2001-2017.The major sources of foreign remittances come from the Middle East countries, which encourages our livelihood policy and promotes households, economic growth and development. The remittance trends in year-by-year is increasing in except, 2016 and 2017. A big share of GDP comes from remittances which is enhancing our economic growth and development. In the last few years, Saudi Arabia achieved the first position of sending remittances. Most of the expatriates are un-skilled who migrate to South East Asia, Middle East, the UK, and the USA. It is observed that overseas migration trends are fluctuating year- by- year except in 2007, 2008, 2017 and in the year 2010, 2013, occurred a negative migration growth. As a result, it can be summarized that government should give proper attention to foreign migration and remittances in order to improve the system that migrants can easily move to their destination which can generate employment, reduce poverty, enrich economic growth and development.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of positive reinforcement in the management of student behavior. The study was informed by Assertive Discipline model theory. Mixed method paradigm with both quantitative and qualitative approach and a concurrent triangulation design were used in the study. The study had a target of 431 teachers, composed of 40 Head of Departments, 40 Deputy Principals and 351 classroom teachers. A sample size of 28 Deputy Principal, 28 heads of Guidance and Counseling and 196 teachers was obtained using Krejcie and  Morgan sample size determination table. A pilot study was done in 9% of the population that did not participate in the actual study to ensure reliability of the instruments. In order to ensure validity of the instrument, the researcher sought expert judgment from university lecturers. Descriptive statistics and correlational analysis were used to analyze quantitative data while qualitative data was analyzed through thematic framework. Study findings established that positive reinforcement was effective in the management of student behavior at r=0.411.

Abstract: While studies indicate that agriculture is the main source of income for rural households and the main occupation for women, it has been hypothesized that development process in rural areas has marginalized women in the agricultural sector, reducing their productivity and control over resources. This paper examines women’s labour conditions in subsistence agriculture in Samia for which limited studies have been conducted. The study investigates the nature and trends of rural women’s labour in subsistence agriculture in Samia during the colonial period. Discussions in this paper are guided by gendered theory with specific focus on women’s involvement in subsistence agriculture in Samia and the responses of Samia women in their endeavour to produce food during the period of study. The study was conducted in two wards in Samia sub-county, namely Ageng’a/Nanguba and Namboboto/Nambuku through descriptive survey design. Based on this design, interviews were conducted to a sampled population and the respondents were selected purposively in 10 sub-locations that were selected randomly. Findings of this paper are drawn from research carried out among peasant farmers, elderly men and women of ages 60 and above, youths of both gender, women groups involved in subsistence farming, Sub-county agricultural officer, agricultural extension officers, assistant chiefs and Members of County Assembly in Samia Sub-county. Thus, a total of 379 informants were interviewed. The study relied on, semi structured interviews, in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions to obtain primary data. Other data sources such as archives were used to obtain relevant information. Secondary information was collected through review of books, journals, internet, dissertations, theses and government records. To exhaustively analyze the history of rural women’s labour in subsistence agriculture in Samia, qualitative analysis of data was done using thematic and content analysis to develop comprehensive description of data under study. The study established that farm labour during the colonial period was differentiated by gender and type of commodity produced. In this way, men were mainly responsible for the production of cash crops like Rice, Sugarcane and groundnuts whereas women were primarily involved in the production of subsistence food crops such as maize, beans, cassava and millet. Nevertheless, the study noted that there was an increase in women participation in subsistence farming during the British Colonial rule in Samia as a result of male migrant labour; the number of men leaving subsistence farming steadily increased. Based on the results of the findings, the study constitutes an important body of knowledge for policy formulation in agriculture in addressing issues affecting women in agricultural production and also for scholars in identifying the gaps that have not been filled in their studies.

Abstract: The declining fisheries resources cause decreasing in fishermen's main income. Due to this problem, fishermen’s face the pressure to improve the quality of life. Hence, fishermen are forced to do a side job to increase their income. The side income is a factor that could help the fishermen to increase the overall income. Through this additional income, fishermen’s quality of life can be improved. The study was conducted in the area of Pulau Langkawi and Kuala Kedah, Kedah. This study is to identify that non-fishery income influence fishermen to increase the overall income. Data was collected randomly in fishermen village located in area of Pulau Langkawi and Kuala Kedah, Kedah. Total of respondent are 209 fishermen. The main objective in this study is to identify whether the non-fishery income or side income influence fishermen to increase their income and quality of life.  The data was analyses by using SPSS and the result will show through the descriptive analysis and regression analysis.
