Abstract: Arabic language literature means the best words in the best order. It serves as a mirror which reflects all the humanistic activities in people social life. Their outlook on life, their ideas, emotions and traditions. Literature consists of prose and poetry. Poetry as the main branch of Arabic literature. It has been defined as the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings, or the expression of imagination. For the Arabic critics, poetry is a rhythmical composition of words expressing an attitude designed to surprise and delight and to arouse an emotional response.    

The Arabs believe in poetic inspiration, for them poetry is a holy thing, and there is no invention in the poet's mind until he has been inspired. God takes away the minds of poets, and uses them as his ministers, as he also uses diviners and holy prophets.

Abstract: Ethiopia has adopted many international human rights instruments including those dealing with the rights of children. Beside this, the country’s constitution has incorporated the rights of child in its provisions. The constitution also establishes that international human rights instruments adopted by the government are part and parcel of the law of the land in such a way that they should be enforced just as other domestic laws and policies. Moroecver, it is stipulated under the constitution that its human rights provsions are to be interpreted in line with international human rights standards including the UDHR.

Despite the constitiutional provsions and adoption of several international human rights instruments, the practice of child marriage is yet highly prevalent in Ethiopia. And this has to do with the culture of the society, the weak normative and institutional framework for the eforcement of human rights of children, and the government’s failure to take the practice of child marriage as a serious human rights issue.

This paper argues that the practice of child marriage should be considered as an expression of ‘’communal cultural relativism’’, in resistance to the universality of human rights, and a serious human rights problem that need to be addressed through a human rights-based approach by recognizing that the principle of the universality of human rights doesn’t allow the persistence of harmful cultural practices under the guise of societal culture and values, and that the government has the obligation to change and transform cultures and traditions that are affront to the rights and dignities of children.

Abstract: Strategic sourcing is growing at a rapid rate throughout the world because organizations view it as a way of achieving strategic goals, improve customer satisfaction and provide efficiency and effectiveness in services, goods or works offered. The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of strategic sourcing on procurement performance in government ministries in Kenya, a case of the ministry of industrialization and enterprise development with the aim of making recommendations on the proper use of strategic sourcing practices. This research study adopted a descriptive research design approach. The researcher preferred this method because it allows an in-depth study of the subject. A census was conducted where all the 105 staff in procurement department was issued with questionnaires. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Multiple regression models were used to show the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables. The quantitative data generated was keyed in and analyzed by use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22 to generate information which was presented using tables, charts, frequencies, and percentages. The response rate of the study was 94.44%. The findings of the study indicated that outsourcing, information technology integration, supplier relationship management and supply base rationalization have a positive relationship with procurement performance in the ministry of industrialization and enterprise development.

Abstract: this study aims at investigating the basic theories of translation that should be used by Saudi Arabia university students, College of Science and Arts AL-Baha University in academic year 2016-2017 during the second semester. The study also aims at disusing these theories, showing the kind of theories, introducing translation theories in details and suggest suitable theory for translation.  Also introduce Linguistic Theories Related to Translation. because Translation theory derives from comparative linguistics, and within linguistics, it is mainly an aspect of semantic; all questions of semantics are related to translation theory. linguistic approach to translation theory incorporates the following concepts: meaning, equivalence, shift, text purpose and analysis, and discourse register. focuses on the theory in general; it is role of communication in exchanging knowledge, science, culture, and the linguistics theory that is related to translation in general. It is history and development. Finally, it focuses on the works that have been done in the area of translation theory. For these purpose, research questions are posed.

Abstract: Devolution, as other types of decentralization, profoundly changes governance relations in the health system. Devolution is meant to affect performance of the health system by transferring responsibilities and authority to locally elected governments. This study aimed to establish the effect of devolved health on the performance of the health sector in Kenya. The guiding objectives included: To establish the influence of devolved procurement on the performance of the health sector; to determine the effect of devolved leadership on the performance of the health sector; to evaluate the effect of devolved resources on the performance of the health sector; and to establish the effect of devolved policy and regulatory framework on the performance of the health sector in Kenya. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design. The target population was 572 patients and health care providers from Kiambu County. Stratified sampling method was adopted at the rate of 10% to come up with a sample size of 57 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires from all the respondents. Secondary data was sourced from health sector reports in Kenya from the year 2015 to 2016. The collected data was then analyzed through frequencies and percentages to enable the research come up with conclusions and recommendations for the study. The research employed the assistance of some computer tools, including the Statistical Programs for Social Sciences (SPSS) and excel version 16 to analyze the data quantitatively. The analyzed data was presented in the form of graphs tables and charts. The Study established that devolution process has not been fully implemented and its effect has not been fully experienced in the health sector. The sector performance was averagely rated in the study and its contribution to GDP reduced by 0.5 percent by the end of the year 2016. The devolved procurement process, organizational leadership, resources allocation and availability as well as policy and regulatory framework had a significant influence on the performance of the level four hospitals and the overall health sector. It was recommended that the health sector players should improve in financing of critical health investment areas, particularly those relating to improving quality of care.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the relation between Sudanese Arabic and English literature, shedding light on the nature of Sudanese Arab romanticism and the nature of romanticism and its affinity with mysticism. This study shows the great impact of western literature on Sudanese literature.

The movement of English romanticism has a great influence on Sudanese Arabic literature. So the researcher would like to show the main factors and causes of that influence, and the role of the famous English romantic poets like Wordsworth and Coleridge, in developing the Sudanese romantic poetry. Actually the main Sudanese romantic poets were the graduates of Gordon Memorial College, and so their study and wide readings in English literature affected their literary product.

Abstract: this study aims at exploring the causes of translation problems by Sudanese university students College of Translation, Khartoum University in academic year 2013-2014 during the second semester. The study also aims at identifying these causes, showing the kind of causes, introducing them in details and suggest suitable solution for translation problems. For these purpose, research questions are posed. The sample of these study consists of 30 students who are chosen from the master students. The analytical descriptive approach is adopted to handle this study.  The method of this study is descriptive and analytical method. Also, deals with the analysis of the data and to test the hypotheses. It includes the procedures followed in achieving the objectives of this study and strategies chosen in analyzing data. This data was analyzed in order to reveals the main causes for translation problem. The study used questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The findings of the study revealed that the main cause of the problem of translation is conceptual understanding.

Abstract: This paper presents the application of the principle of relation in the process of integration and inclusion of Alawiyyin as a diaspora community among local people in the Maluku archipelago. The integration process for the diaspora community is often regarded as something very difficult to happen except first, having married out of his group and the identity of his man from a foreign line is increasingly fading or even disappearing. Secondly, the easy integration process is also assumed to occur if there are similar factors of identity such as similarities as adherents of Islam as happened to Hadrami Arabs who came to the archipelago. But these two assumptions are not strong enough because many cases of the same religious identity but still open the disintegration space, such as between the Shi'ites, Wahshah and ahlussunnah that have the potential of disintegration, as well as the fact marriage Alawiyyin still maintain endogamy marriage but not enough to disrupt social relations with the population bumiputera. History has also been noted when other diaspora who enter through the hegemonic approach of war, trade relations, and power rather than creating integration often have an impact on resistance. Using the historical perspective or historical awareness this study found that the Alawiyyin in initiating and building integration became more solid between the foreign and the local not through something popular as above but through the framework of the principle of the "diaspora akhlak" relation inherited from Rasulullah Muhammad SAW through Tariqah Alawiyah. Based on the principle of "moral diaspora" that is the process of incubation carried out in forming community muhibbin, pilgrims, and constituted by esoteric belief, and in general I call these symptoms as a symptom theocentric, a symptom of social relations centered on Allah SWT.

Abstract: The success of the learning process cannot be separated from the ability of learners and the ability of teachers to create a condition that processes the learning process for mental development and understanding of students on the subject matter. The weakness in the process of learning chemistry is the dominance of teachers that impact on the lack of activity and critical attitude of students who reflected on the resignation of students accept the concept presented teachers without attempts to examine further through the submission of questions. SMKN 5 Makassar one of the leading SMK in Makassar. The average score of student learning outcomes is 70.4. Thus the average value of student learning outcomes of 70 still need to be improved. The purpose of this study is to describe Implementation of integrated cooperative model (JIGSAW and TGT) to improve student learning outcomes X Grade SMKN 5 Makassar. The approach used is qualitative and quantitative approach with classroom action research type which is analyzed descriptively. The result of the research shows that the application of integrated cooperative learning model of Jigsaw and TGT is done well. Likewise student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II.
