Abstract: Innovation brings a drastic change if implemented with intention and determination. Teachers must wake up and develop deep insight to change ourselves and our next generation into a productive and constructive energy bank. Teaches are foundation of teaching system. They have ability to modify roots to enable tree of learning fruitful. For maximum utilization of huge human power of our country, much needs to be done at grass root level. We can mould and shaped our student’s using innovation in teaching. In present paper various innovative teaching tool and their influence on student’s knowledge, interest and confidence is presented.
