Abstract: Effective software license compliance management is critical for maintaining organizational integrity and mitigating financial risks. This paper explores the transformation of a manual software license compliance review process into an automated solution, encompassing multiple software agreements with various publishers. The new approach simplifies compliance tracking by providing real-time license data and enabling software contract owners to self-manage compliance. This paper provides an overview of traditional compliance methods, the challenges associated with dynamic environments, and the benefits of the newly developed automated solution.
