Technological Determinism Theory was adopted to explain the effects of technology 0n administration. Alarming ICT illiteracy rate, epileptic power supply, high cost of purchasing computer gadgets, cyber crime and lack of adequate manpower were among others identified as the major challenges to e administration in Nigeria. This paper suggested mass ICT education, establishment of e administration implementation committees in both federal and state ministries and parastatals, the establishment of ministry for ICT Affairs, provision of necessary ICT infrastructures and cyber security as the panacea to the challenges confronting e administration in Nigeria.
