Abstract: The salt of Nickel, NiSO4.6H2O, i.e. Nickel sulphate has been selected for the present investigation to know its effect of selected lethal and sub-lethal concentrations on serum glucose, liver, and muscle glycogen on a freshwater air breathing fish, Clarias batrachus (Linn.) which is a hardy fish and  highly nutritive for human beings.
