Abstract: This paper explores innovative strategies and best practices in enhancing management education for college students. As the business landscape evolves rapidly, the need for effective management education becomes crucial in preparing students for leadership roles. This study investigates contemporary approaches, including experiential learning, technology integration, and industry partnerships, to provide a comprehensive overview of practices that bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. By examining case studies and current educational models, the paper identifies key elements that contribute to effective management education.
