Abstract: An experimental research was conducted among the 16 garlic genotypes for analysis of genetic diversity. The present investigation on “Genetic diversity analysis among garlic (Allium sativum L.) genotypes through molecular markers” was planned to conduct with objective of DNA fingerprinting through RAPD, ISSR and SSR primers. RAPD ISSR and SSR markers are used for DNA fingerprinting. Among all markers ISSR and SSR markers gave diversified results than RAPD.
