Abstract: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is defined as the delegation of one or more IT-sensitive business processes to an external provider that in turn owns, administers and manages the selected process based on defined and measurable performance criteria (Kumar & Kumar, 2005). Big companies regularly outsource their non-critical work to an outside entity, which does the work based on certain preset criteria.
