Abstract: One of the most pressing challenges in 21st-century human resource management across all industries was workplace bullying and its effects on workers and businesses. Workplace bullying has received growing attention locally and internationally in recent years as a difficult business and management problem. Working on a cruise ship is no exception to this human resource problem.
