Abstract: This study was conducted to examine whether the Ifugao State University is delivering the quality of service that is expected from it by the learners. Descriptive research method with quantitative modified questionnaire was utilized. The study revealed that students of Ifugao State University are moderately satisfied with the services rendered by the university in terms of the service quality dimensions such as: non-academic aspect; academic aspect; design, delivery and assessment; group size; program issues; reputation; access; and other support services. Academic aspect, program issues and reputation got the highest mean while non-academic aspects got the lowest mean. Hence, it is recommended that IFSU should intensify the services and programs provided to the learners for further attraction and retention.
