Abstract: Being able to access Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the Internet is actually a good start for developing children's insights. Unfortunately, children are also threatened with a lot of bad information that floods the internet. It is through the internet that a variety of material containing pornography, violence, cyber bullying, gambling, false news and fraud is openly and unobstructed. Addiction to playing computer is suspected to trigger children to be lazy to learn to be lazy to do social activities. Addicted to playing computers can occur mainly because from the beginning parents do not make the rules of playing computer. The role and parental control in creating a child-friendly internet environment is very much needed, the use of the internet according to the age of the child deserves serious attention, the content accessed must be in accordance with the needs of the children.
